2. The webtoon also shows that this one meeting also derailed Anastacius' plan to ruin Claude and take the throne of the emperor from him. Though the fact that Claude loses his memory of her brought the plan back to motion, the reincarnated Athanasia's influence and familial bond with Claude is still there to delay that.
3. Athy meeting her father at age 5 derails Claude's black magic spell that he cast on himself which would have eventually removed his memories and feelings of Diana - and Athy by proxy. Furthermore, it's implied that Athy's passing wish to know her mother forced Claude to remember Diana and broke the magic further. In contrast, original Athy met Claude too late to break the spell.
