they were on their way to have ice cream since they had another round of rock paper scissors and the loser, felix, would buy them ice cream
"well, you shouldn't, you have us, which if I'm not wrong, are your friends?" seungmin speaks up.
"i guess?"
"i should be the one feeling betrayed then" soobin huffs
"will you kids stop arguing?" minho groans, stopping at the signal
"but like.." felix starts "minho hyung is so old"
"i know, right. he's so moody" seungmin joins
"no wonder he's got cats, 3 of them! he's like the old lady who has many cats and lives next door" soobin states
"an old man who tries to look young" haneul sighs
"you know, im right here, right?" minho turns around shutting up everyone
haneul looks out the window, day6's 'congratulations' blaring out the speakers, seungmin's choice.
she gasps as her eyes land upon a familiar person crossing the street
"what's wrong, han?" minho follows her gaze, the boys at the back full of curiosity
"that's.. jaehoon?"
"who's jaehoon?" felix asks
"... I'd rather not say.."
soobin gasps, something seemed to have clicked to him
"haneul, is it that jaehoon?"
"........" she stays quiet, her eyes not leaving the familiar face as he enters a store
"ill take that as a yes" soobin says, "be careful"
"who is that dude? soobin, haneul, spill" minho grabs haneul's hand and starts pouting.
".. I'll tell you soon, don't worry"
"hyun," haneul tries to get her brother's attention, "hyun, i have something serious to tell you" she whispers in his ear, making him allert and leave the couch while the rest of the boys and girl, shuhua, played mario kart
"what is it?" hyunjin looks at her with worry
"i saw jaehoon.."
"that jaehoon?!"
"apparently-"
"im gonna kill that asshole, didn't he shift to Daegu? why is he back?! i swear i could just-"
"hyunjin, calm down. it's not like he's close to us in this big ass city"
