When They Find You Crying // preference

Altaïr - shields you from the world. He isolates you with him until you're forced to talk it out with him. He is always within arms reach of you and smothers you in his embrace. If he can't find a solution, he'll wait as long as it takes for the oxytocin to kick in, for you to relax so he can think things a bit more thoroughly before making a final conclusion. He wants to do it all for you; comfort, love, solace, solutions. Even if he can't do it all, he does to the best of his ability.

Ezio - instantly vows for revenge on whoever hurt you. He gets so defensive and jumps into gear to hunt them down and bring justice. When it's something he can't verbally or physically fight, he's at a loss and tries to help you deal with it, like he was forced to cope with his father and brothers' passing. He knows healing is a slow process sometimes, so he's awfully tender for a boy who has the facade of a reckless jerk.

Connor - takes the situation as it comes. He's there for comfort and consolation, reassurances, rational reasoning and even breathing techniques if required. He bears in mind that whatever happens, you're strong and you can get through it, with a caring and encouraging nudge in the right direction.

Desmond - is really taken aback when he discovers the scene. He doesn't see you cry a lot, because you keep your cool during school the majority of the time. When he finds you, he instantly turns to call for assistance. He thinks that making you feel better is more effective in numbers and so he's off to get someone available to lend a hand, along with him of course.

Aveline - is always there with a ton of compliments, tissues, chocolate (she is fully equipped with the cocoa goodness) and most of all, hugs. She makes you feel like the only person in the room with her and gets you to run her through whatever it was that caused you to weep. Then, if it was a person, that's when she calls on Ezio to work his magic.

Arno - will probably end up crying with you for one reason or another. He'll be next to you crying tears for you and between pained sobs, tell you how much you mean to him and whatever made you cry wasn't fair on you. He hates that someone as strong as you has been broken by something or someone. He focuses more on what's going on in the present, rather than how to make your mood improve. Doesn't mean he's useless though, he can say so many good things about you during that session, but when the tables have turned, he'll be one helluva hypocrite. He also loves to play melancholic music in the background, so you can't tell the difference whether you're crying to the song or about the original situation. In a way, Arno makes the ordeal much more cleansing than it should be.

Jacob - holds you close, surprisingly. He even puts the effort in to not take the piss out of it. He just sits you down, wraps you tight within his arms, combing your hair and whispering to you. He's more the guy to get you in the state of simply no longer whimpering. No doubt, he always has lots to whisper about, pointless things, but enough to make you smile. If he can get you to the smiling stage, he'll then try to make you laugh a little, but not about why you were crying - something else.

Evie - gives you the whole one-on-one therapy session. Finds the problem, lists possible solutions to the problem, then - like Ezio - will be out on the prowl to locate the person that may have impacted you in that way. If it's more mental than physical, she's there for you, running you through with facts and guides to help. Henry isn't far behind either, if Evie gets a bit intense, he's there to resolve any voice raising if it comes to it. But she usually knows how to take it on, and is forever loyal.

A/N: There we are! I had this in storage for a little while, ironic that I'm posting this when I'm actually crying, ha. Life has gotten more chaotic than normal and I'm trying my best to adjust but I don't have long left until school finishes, so I might have more time to work on these.
