"Any ideas?" Cora asked impatiently.

Aquila sighed, "We can't just go and find these elementals and bring them back. Nothing works like that, we need a plan, we need back-up."

"Can't you just use the Timestone?" Mia suggested.

"Not for something like this, I hardly know how half of it works. No, we need proper back-up." Aquila said.

Cora grinned, "Let's ask Moondoor-" Cora was interrupted by Aquila grunting. "-and the Jeger."

At this, a smile crept up Aquila's face, "I like how you think!" she said with a smirk. "We'll get the two arguing siblings to co-operate."

Seraphina and Mia grinned.

Cora smiled and Aquila brought out her Timestone. "Anything reflective works." she explained, rubbing the Timestone's shimmering blue surface.

Aquila drew a symbol above it with her finger.

A sound, much like a note of birdsong whistled through the air.

Allie's face appeared.

"Allie," Aquila began in mock happiness, "So lovely to see you."

"What is it?" Allie demanded.

"Well, we were wandering if you needed some help finding the missing elementals." Aquila said.

"I thought we were asking them for help." Cora whispered.

"You've got to make her think it was her idea." Aquila whispered back.

"What was that?" Allie asked.

"Nothing. Do you want help or not?" Aquila asked, tired.

Allie was silent, you could practically see her cogs turning.

"You know what? Yes. Thank you." Allie said and hung up with a frown. Not an angry or sad frown, but a happy frown.

Aquila smiled warmly after Allie's face died away.

"Right, Jeger now." she said, drawing a different pattern in the air.

A girl, with a pale face and peach hair appeared, "Aquila! I was just about to call you." she cried.

Aquila nodded and replied, "Jax, I am sure you are aware of the missing elementals. We were wondering if you could help us rescue them."

Jax frowned, "What's the catch."

"What catch. Why would there be-" Aquila began.

Jax sighed and rolled her eyes, "There's always a catch with you. Like when there was that Elemental and Non-Lacker meeting in The Northern Isles and you also called Allie. Luckily, she wasn't interested, otherwise we would have had another war on our hands."

Aquila protested "Jax, we need all the help we can get."

"Call some of the Non-Lackers."

Aquila scrunched her nose, "Nah. They're just magic races with advanced magic-tech. Also, half of them is trying to capture, manipulate and control elementals."

The pale blue glow of the Timestone reflected against her face causing her smoky-brown eyes to twinkle.

Jax was silent for a few minutes. She worked her jaw, "Fine."

She hung up with a slight smirk, hardly noticeable.

"Come on." Aquila called, "Let's go back to Moondoor."

Seraphina nodded.

Aquila clenched the Timestone and they disappeared in a flash of azure blue.

Seraphina opened her eyes. They were in the main hall of Moondoor. Standing in front of a massive crowd which was cheering at them.

Seraphina looked to her left to find Cora and Aquila bowing dramatically. Mia was standing and grimacing.

Aquila stopped bowing and sauntered to the table where Brown, Lyra, Merlin, Killian, and Allie were.

Killian grinned and ran towards Aquila.

"Haven't seen you in ages." he cried, hugging Aquila.

"Yeah, I guess ten years is quite a lot." Aquila replied, lifting Killian off the ground.

Killian giggled nervously.

Kestrel nodded and wrapped her fingers round her Timestone.

She squeezed her eyes shut and focused on her room in School Moondoor. The bunkbed, the desk and Henrik standing beside her. She had no idea whether this would work, but it was worth a try. They were a long way from Moondoor.

A flash of purple spread out in front of them and they disappeared.

They blinked the light from their eyes and appeared in Kestrel's room.

"YES!" she exclaimed.

"Quick question: How the blazes did we get here, you're not Spirit?" Henrik asked, bewildered.

"Timestone, it can do stuff." Kestrel replied airily.

Henrik nodded slowly; his eyebrows furrowed as a high-pitched whistle shrieked from his watch.

Allie's face appeared, "Henrik, where were you, you lost connection for about a week?"

"Sorry," Henrik replied, "Just hangin' out at a Jeger Camp. Hey, that rhymes!"

Allie's face was indescribably irritated.
