"Nah, you know we not really serious, plus she had an exam anyway so she ain't have time" I said as I blew out some smoke. It was Friday before the party and I was currently at his house in Atlanta and of course we are getting fucked up the whole time I'm down here.
"I mean... you know what it is but do she know what it is? You know these females will say one thing but deep down they may think it's gon grow into sumn else. You never know, bruh, she may turn out to be crazy or sumn and you end up on First 48." I shrug and chuckle softly as I think about what he just said.
I mean don't get me wrong, Alicia is a nice girl, but I'm not really ready to settle down with nobody. I like what we got now which is a chill vibe that also includes sex every now and then. Plus, she's never mentioned anything nor signaled that she wants to take it further. But commitment is a scary thing to think about.
"Anyways, who's supposed to be at the party tomorrow night?" I asked quickly changing the subject to lighten the mood and put the pressure off me.
"Shit I know Blac Youngsta, Quality Control, Cardi, Migos, Megan thee Stallion with her fine ass, and some other folks." I nod my head thinking about all the people that's going to be there. That's a crazy lineup honestly. I'm just proud of my bro for the work he's put in.

"Ah hell here you go witcho lightskin ass" causing me to laugh loudly. "Nah bro I'm so serious like look at us, you one of the biggest rappers in the game right now. I'm one of the biggest CEOs out here. And we out here getting bag after bag. Who woulda thought?" I say while pouring a shot of D'Ussé and taking it down.
"Aye you already know that it was destiny for us, bruh. We did what we did and grinded because we knew what we wanted and now we got it. But we sholl not done." I nodded agreeing before we continued to talk, smoke, drink, and eat some food before we both retreated to our bedrooms so we could get ready for tomorrow night.
Saturday Day of the Release Party
It was finally the day of the album release party. We had five hours before it would start so I had time to get myself ready. I was currently at one of my favorite jewelry stores, Icebox, to pick up my accessories for tonight.
"Y/n, it's so good to see you. What brings you here today?" Dinar, the owner asked me as I walked in. "You already know, I came to get iced out for the party tonight."
"Excellent, something caught your eye yet?" he asks as I check around looking at the collection of watches, chains, and other pieces. Honestly, I was checking out for this Audemars Piguet watch that immediately caught my eye.
