When people think about their perfect life, most think of having all the money and power, the perfect career, the loyal significant other, but what about happiness? Well, sometimes happiness is just not enough when society already has a set standard...
We don made it to Saturday y'all! I'm taking Diamonté out for dinner tonight and I'm excited but nervous. I made reservations at the Capital Grille and of course I chose to have dinner in the private room they have exclusively available. I want to make sure that she's comfortable and don't want paparazzi ruining this night for us. I also wanted to get the chance to know her without being surrounded by other conversations.
Right now, I'm looking for something to wear tonight. I honestly wanted to make a good first impression tonight. I don't want nothing too flashy, but I also don't want to look a mess. I made sure to look carefully in my closet but I don't want to waste time and be late. It's already 6:00 and I want to at least get to her house by 7 something.
Eventually, after spending another ten minutes, I finally pick a outfit that fit my ideal image for my attire perfectly. I set it aside and went on to do my hygiene.
After about maybe 30 more minutes dealing with my hygiene, I finally put on my clothes and examine myself in the mirror and damn it should be a crime to look this good.

Ok imma calm down y'all my bad. But anyways, I finish my look off with some Gucci cologne and give myself another look down before getting my phone and wallet. I then go downstairs and open one of my drawers that held my car keys. I was gonna go with the Rover or the Mercedes but tonight imma go antique and drive the 69 Cutlass tonight. I text Diamonté and tell her I'm on my way, which she responds with an "ok, be safe❤️". And she texts me her address.
Then, I walk out to my garage and go out to my baby. Well second if this date go right, you know.

After leaving the house, I went to pick up a dozen roses for her before making my way back on the road. After driving about 20 minutes, I finally got to her house, which had a beautiful, modern design. I texted her that I was outside and she told me somebody would let me in because she was still getting ready.
I immediately got out of my car, and locked it before walking up to the door. Before I could ring the doorbell, her aunt Whitney opened it enthusiastically.
