Cal, Mike and Ash were helping me put together a little party for Luke. I wanted to do something special for him since he was always doing stuff for me. The girls were coming later and I was excited when Sierra said she could come.
We started to blow up balloons and started to decorate the living room. I turned my back for a second and heard a POP.
Ash popped a balloon. Figures.
"Jesus Ash."
He smiled innocently before grabbing another balloon to blow up. I continued to decorate with the guys help.
Sierra and Crystal soon arrived, along with Ashton's girlfriend Kaykay who I had never met before.
Kaykay pulled me into a hug. "It's nice to finally meet you Sam. Ash talks about you a lot."
I smiled. "Its really good to meet you too."
The girls helped with putting the drinks and snacks out. Everything had come together perfectly. I grabbed hats for everyone and dimmed the lights. We all hid, waiting for Luke to get home.
I heard the keys into the lock before the door opened. We all jumped up, shouting "SURPRISE."
Luke stepped back, a little shocked before a big smile was on his face. "Aww guys."
"I wanted to do something special for you." I said, walking over to pull him into a hug.
Luke kissed the top of my head. "Thank you Sammie."
Luke then went a greeted everyone else. He pulled Sierra into a long hug which made my heart happy. I walked over to grab a drink. Crystal and Kaykay were standing over by the drinks.
"They are so adorable." Crystal said.
Kaykay nodded, smiling. "I see them getting together really soon."
"Luke needs to make a move." I said, joining them.
Both of them nodded, agreeing.
We turned on some music and danced around like idiots. Honestly it was amazing getting to spend time with everyone. Luke had a smile the entire time.
Towards the end of the party, I pulled Luke to the side.
"Whats up sam?" Luke asked.
"We all know you have feelings for Sierra."
Luke had a slight blush, and let out a small cough.
"Its that obvious?"
I giggled, nodding. "You just proved it."
Luke chuckled. "Yeah, I like her Sam. She admitted she liked me on that date."
"LUKE!" I hit his shoulder. "Why didn't you say anything?"
"Ow." He rubbed his arm. "Idk. I want to ask her out but I'm kinda nervous to. What if she says no?"
"You can't just think like that. You have to think positively. I bet she will say yes."
Luke nodded. "Ok, ok. I'll ask her out."
I smiled, watching Luke walk away. He and Sierra disappeared for a bit and everyone was starting to get tired so we were all laying on the couch chilling.
Everyone was waiting to see what happened. You could feel the anticipation in the air.
I tapped my foot, staring out the window. It felt like forever before the door opened. I turned my head and saw Luke and Sierra, hand in hand. My heart stopped for a second before I smiled.
Luke and Sierra were both smiling. Everyone turned to look, smiling as well.
I jumped up. "So?"
Luke and Sierra laughed. "Its official."
