Aaron P.O.V.
Telepathy!!!!! Again!!!!!
Current Location: Unknown

I woke up to the feeling of a hand brushing over my hair. Normally I would jump up and stab the person but I was too emersed in my dream this time. Suddenly it all came crashing back.

Fury, the cube, Loki, Barton, the blanket. Wait, the blanket? Why would I care about the blanket Loki made appear around me? Oh yeah, BECAUSE LOKI MADE IT APPEAR AROUND ME!!!

I bolt upright and find Loki jumping back and hiding his hands. "What (inhale) the hell (inhale) are you doing(inhale)!" I scream at him. "Umm, nothing." He says too quickly.

I turn up the glare and stop blinking. "What did you do?" I say slowly and sharply. "I lifted the enchantment, you can now move and speak of your own free will." He says quietly. I blink, blink again. "You let me go?" I ask, beginning to question his wanting to see tomorrow.

"Yes, but I have one condition or else I put the enchantment back on. You can't run away, you have to stay with me until I say and you aren't allowed to lie to me or else I will kill your father and your mother." Subtle, real subtle.

"Ok, I'll do it." I begin to stand up but the momentum of the truck knocks me back down. Right into Loki's lap. "Oops, my bad." I think and start to get up, Loki holds on to me and looks at my eyes.

"How did you do that?" He asks. "Do what?"I feign innocence. Fabulous now he is going to ask about my telepathy. "Rule three no lying, the telepathy. You spoke in my head. I'm only one I've ever met that could do that." He looked at me and I started to tear up.

I told him about Fury experimenting on me as a child, how he bonded Barton's and my brain together, and how I almost hate him for it. I told him the extent of my powers, about how I could only telepathically talk to my father before now and how I didn't know why I could talk to him suddenly.

After I was finished he hugged me close and comforted me. I fell asleep once again, this time in the arms of my enemy.

Loki P.O.V.

I stay quiet and sit still as Aaron tells me her life story. The experiments that the man called Fury ordered upon her. The pain of the machines as they twist and play with her brain.

The added pain as the experiment succeeded in bonding her brain to her dads. I actually started feeling bad for her, her life is made up of pain and expectations she can't hope to achieve.

At least when I came she got a choice in whether she fought me or not. As soon as I come to this conclusion I promise myself one thing, no matter what happens, no matter if I die or not, I will protect her with my last breath.
