33A. Getting Even Pt. 1 (Jisoo)

Two students are walking towards the school entrance, as the morning sun greets them as another day of school begins.

"Cheer up, Y/N. Who knows, maybe she'll be a bit more lenient with you this time." The girl said to her friend.

"I don't know about that, Lisa. Sure, I can understand that she means well, and all she wants was for everyone to abide by the school rules. But that doesn't stop me from assuming that she's singling me out for discipline." Y/N said to his best friend Lisa, with a look of worry on his face.

"Well to be fair, you are one of the school's resident pranksters, who disregard the school rules for the sake of having a good laugh or two." Lisa said while smirking at him.

"Yah, I'm not like that anymore! Surely you can believe me that I changed, right?"

"I'm not sure to be honest. From time to time, you still pick on students who are younger than us, so it's only natural that you're on Jisoo-sunbaenim's blacklist. Better stay on your toes, Y/N."

"That....has been known.....to happen. But I can't help it sometimes. I still find it funny when I play a prank towards someone. Remember when I dropped a bucket of water on that girl's head? What was her name again, Jo Yuri?" He said while trying to hold his laughter.

"Right, that was a classic! But I feel bad for her though, poor girl can't catch a break when it comes to bullies in this school." Lisa said to him.

"I know, that's why I'm trying to change myself. Trust me. You're looking at a brand new Park Y/N starting today." Y/N said while feeling proud of himself.

"I'll believe it if you don't get into any trouble before the weekend, Y/N. Speaking of which, now's a good chance for you to prove yourself, Y/N. She's waiting at the school gates as usual." Lisa said while pointing towards the senior student who's standing guard at the school gates.

"Great. What a way to start the day. All right, let's greet her for starters."

Y/N and Lisa went to formally greet the Student Council members who are inspecting each student before they enter the campus.

Once she saw them, Jisoo, the Student Council President herself, came to personally check on the two of them.

"Well, well, this is a surprise. I never thought that you two would come to school this early." Jisoo said with a serious look towards them.

"Good morning to you too, sunbaenim. I must say, aren't you being a bit rude just now, greeting us like that?" Y/N said in a sarcastic tone.

"My apologies, Y/N. But we both know that I can't simply let my guard down on you that easily. But you're right, it was rude of me to greet you like that."

"Thank you, now can we go now?" Y/N said with Lisa looking at her worriedly.

"Wait just a minute. I need to make sure that you're following the rules when it comes to school attire. That includes you, Ms. Manoban."

"Y-yes, no problem, Jisoo-sunbaenim." Lisa nervously replied.

Jisoo started to inspect both of them thoroughly, while being specifically meticulous when it comes to Y/N. Knowing how much of a troublemaker he is, she finds it normal to be very strict when it comes to him.

"Okay, you may enter the campus, both of you. I must say, I'm surprised with you today, Y/N. Keep it up and I might change my opinion of you." Jisoo said to him, making him feel a bit happy with her words.
