the light shining through the windows was enough to wake me up, i look over at a small alarm clock which read-

i shouldn't get up, it's too early and plus- it's a weekend.

i don't know if it's what happened yesterday or the light that's making me not be able to fall asleep.

or maybe the whole ass human cutting off my breath by squeezing me so tightly.

why was his grip so tight when he's literally sleeping?

"draco" i say shaking his shoulder lightly.

"draco!" i say a bit louder.

"y/n i'm sleeping leave me alone" he groans into me shoulder.

"not anymore get up" i say, forcing him to get out of bed.

"your annoying, oh fuck my asshole hurts" he says standing up.

i fall back onto the bed in a fit of laughter at him holding his ass and curling up slightly.

"not funny y/n" he says annoyed.

"now you know how i feel!" i say through laughter.

"sorry not sorry" he says wadding to the bathroom.

before he could realise, i took out a polaroid camera that i took from home and took a picture of him waddling holding his ass.

he looked like he shat himself.

i'm telling blaise.

i get up and grab my stuff and run before he could say anything.

"blaise!" i exclaim running into the common room.

"what?! i was reading bitch" he says

"look at this gem" i say going behind the chair he was sat in and showed him the picture that had just finished developing.

he falls into a massive fit of laughter catching the attention of people sitting around.

"good god!" he exclaims.

"what the fuck is he doing?" he asks.

i lean into his ear "he made me peg him"

he slowly turns his head to me and raises his eyebrows.

"you what? draco lucius malfoy let y/n bathgate peg him?" he says quietly.

"yup and he enjoyed it" i say proudly.

just as i do, we hear a door slam and a limping draco waddle down the stairs.

"not a word zabini" he groans, obviously could tell i told him considering blaise was bright red from laughing.

"sorry baby" i say walking over and kissing his cheek.

"you should be" he says getting a book of the shelf.

"isn't it weird?" i say

"what?" draco replies.

"next year is our last year here..." i say looking down.

"but then we can move to ullapool like we want to" draco says trying to make me happier.

"yeah" i say smiling softly.

"come on, let's go into hogsmeade" he says tapping my back.

"okay, bye blaise!" i say.

"have fun with daph!" draco adds.

blaise had just gotten with daphne a few days prior.

he was so happy with her it was so sweet.

we head out for hogsmeade and decide to just eat breakfast there.

yeah it was really early, but hogsmeade was amazing this time of morning.

always seemed more magical.

"coming in?" draco says holding the door open for me.

"yeah thank you" i reply politely.

we get settled next to the fire in the three broomsticks and madam rosmerta comes over to take our orders.

we both went for a full english breakfast with tea, i know.

basic brits.

when it comes the smell of the food fills our noses with the savoury scent of breakfast food.

"hey y/n?" draco says cutting through his bacon.

"yeah?"

"um. i'd like you to have this, i bought it last week and yeah.." he hands me a small box.

"oh my god" i say in surprise when i open it.

it was the same ring as his but in my size as whenever we were cuddling i always played with that specific ring.

i tried it on and it fit perfectly.

"it looks pretty on you baby" he says softly holding my hand.

"i love it draco" i smile at him.

"good"

he squeezes my hand and sighs.

"i know i keep burdening you with my worries, but it keeps getting closer and closer until i need to kill dumbledore" he takes a breather "i'm really scared"

"baby i'm here for you, i always will be i promise" i say.

"good, i need you i cant loose you" he says leaning in to kiss me softly.

"should we head back?" he says after we finish eating.

"yeah."

we headed back to the castle and i was stuck in my dorm the whole day doing homework.

little did i know that night would take a turn for the worse...
