Kit was complaining when she hear Ritchie's thoughts. He was thinking about Oakley, Devin, the guild, and was arguing with himself to stay away from alcohol.

Everyone in the guild saw how Ritchie went on the tangent of not eating and sleeping first. A good couple of them though he was over exaggerating, but then they were showed how he ran himself into the ground.
