Ch. 42 - Common Room

I woke up as light filtered into the room I was in. I opened my eyes and groaned, covering them. Morning already I guess. I sat up and then looked down seeing I was completely nude. My eyes widened and then I looked over to see Reiner fast asleep beside me.

Oh yeah....We did the thing last night.

My face was completely red. I was naked in a bed with Reiner and we had sex. Oh my Fritz.

I made sure to keep the blanket covering me as I began to reach for my scattered clothing. I pulled on my undergarments along with my shirt. I went to reach for my pants but I felt arms grab me and pulled me back into the bed.

"Where you think you're going?" Reiner spoke huskily and I smiled in amusement.

"I was just getting dressed," I responded and kissed his forehead.

"Mmmm. I think you look better without your clothes," Reiner replied and began to kiss my neck.

"Reiner. We need to get up at some point or people will come looking," I stated and lightly flicked his nose. "Contain your hormones."

"But you're so beautiful," Reiner complained.

I shook my head and giggled in amusement. I went to sit up again and was tugged on top of Reiner. He sat up and held me in his lap.

"Reiner. You're still completely naked," I warned and was completely flustered.

"So," Reiner responded, not having any care. "I thought you liked me this was princess. Didn't seem to mind last night."

I blushed and lightly shoved Reiner's face away. "Quit teasing me," I murmured.

"I'll never stop teasing you," Reiner said with a smirk and kissed my collarbone.

I then heard knocking on his door and panicked.

"Reiner. Are you awake?" Bertholdt called from the other side of the door. "Can we talk?"

Reiner sighed and replied, "Can you come back in five minutes?"

"Why?" Bertholdt questioned.

"Because I'm doing something right now," Reiner responded. "Promise we'll talk if you come back in five minutes."

"Alright," Bertholdt agreed and then we heard him walk off.

"Well, we've got five minutes now," Reiner whispered with a smirk.

"Nope!" I replied and escaped his grasp.

I grabbed my pants and pulled them on before he swept me off my feet, spinning me around. He luckily put his boxers on.

"I'll see you later. I promise," I told him and kissed his cheek.

Reiner sighed and then set me down. He leaned in and kissed me before letting me go.

"Love you," I said and opened the door, smiling back at him.

"Love you too," Reiner responded and I left his room, racing back to mine.

I made it back to my room and changed into some fresh clothes. I pulled on a lilac long-sleeved shirt along with brown trousers. I pulled on some black boots as well and soon heard a knock at my door. I opened it and saw Ymir and Christa.

"You ready for breakfast?" Christa asked with a smile.

I nodded and followed them into the mess hall. We grabbed trays of food and then sat down at a table. I began to eat and thats when the bliss and happiness of last night wore off. Everything I had been worrying about came crashing back.

Today was the day they were going to go after Annie in Stohess. Also, I still had no clue who were the armoured and colossal titans. There had to be some small detail im forgetting when it came to Annie. She knew other people besides me.

"You feeling okay today, (Y/N)," Ymir asked.

I looked up from my dazed state and nodded.

"Yeah. I've just got a lot on my mind," I replied softly.

"I hope you feel better," Christa said and smiled at me.

She was adorable. I couldn't help but smile back. I began to eat my food and soon saw Reiner and Bertholdt enter the room. I looked towards Reiner and he immediately met my gaze, smiling at me. I blushed slightly and stared back down at my food.

"I still don't approve," Ymir commented out of no where.

"Okay mom," I joked and chuckled.

"Cadets. Once you're done with your meal please go into the common room on the second floor. You'll be sitting there for a majority of the day while we await orders," one of our superiors called.

I sighed and sooner finished my meal. I waited for Ymir and Christa to finished, but something was itching at the back of my mind. Something I forgot. I huffed in frustration and then banged my head on a table. It then hit me!

'Aren't you guys from the same village' was something I asked Bertholdt a long time ago.

Bertholdt, Reiner, and Annie were all from the same village....Which means....

"(Y/N)! Let's head to the common room," Ymir said snapping me out of my thoughts.

I nodded trying to contain my emotions. I knew who the titans were now.

Ymir, Christa, and I all entered the common room. Since we would be stuck here for awhile, I grabbed a book from the shelf and sat beside Christa, who sat across from Ymir.

Reiner and Bertholdt were setting up chess and Connie and Sasha already seemed bored.

I pretended to read my book as thoughts flew through my mind. Reiner and Bertholdt had to be the shifters. They had to be. They've known Annie even since before the military.

Wait...That means I slept with the armoured titan....

My face became red as I thought back on that event again. I mean, I'm a titan too so if he found that out I'm sure he'd be surprised. I wonder what he'll think when he finds out I'm a shifter as well. Or even when he finds out I'm royalty. We'll never know until the opportunity presents itself.
