Jill's POV

SWAT had arrived and the four of them were familiar except the two who I didn't see at the hostage event last monday.

"I'm Captain Flynn Harper and I'm in charge in taking you to the safe house." He held his hand and I shook it. "These are Sgt. Tom Collins, Andy Craig, Charles McArthur, Bill Chase and Kate White." He introduced.

"Hey! I remember you kid! We worked together last monday. You're the officer that assisted me." Tom said.

"Yes! That's me." I tried to play it cool while I squeezed Sam's hand. I looked at her and she shook her head, meaning that none of the names were on the book. We have seen several SWAT member's name in the book so we must still be on guard for a possible mole. "Where are you taking us? And why is the Organized Division wasn't here?"

"Members of the Organized Division in coordination with the Feds and with the back up of SWAT had made a raid on one Anton's lieutenant. There have been a lot of exchange and so many casualties." I nodded. So they moved already. "Were taking you to a safe house out of the city. You both have a bounty in your head. Specially her." He pointed to Sam.

"Why her?"

"She's the key witness and she saw the book. And based on the intel that we gathered, she has a photographic memory or something." Oh shit! The cat's finally out of the bag. Sam then leaned towards me and I enveloped her in protective hug. "Don't worry Ms. Johansson. We're here to protect you. Now let's move."

"The FID took my gun so I need a new one, plus vest for Sam." I winced as I hopped off the ambulance that I was sitting on. Sam assisted me while I balance myself with my good left leg.

Great! I bullet in the left shoulder and right leg. Freaking great. My thoughts overflowed with sarcasm.

"Andy! Kate! Help these ladies to gear up! Everyone in position."

"Yes Captain!"

"Jill!" I turned around and saw Kim sprinting towards us. "Tsk tsk! You're getting all the fun and action!"

"Kim!" I ignored her joke and hugged her. "Thanks again for saving us!"

"It's nothing! Just make sure to get back soon!"

"I will."

Sam and I were both given a vest, this one was more thicket than the one that we used and it also had pockets probably for the extra clips. Then I was given a gun which I placed in my waist. I actually wanted an assault riffle too but the glock should be good for now.

Before we left, we took some supplies from the ambulance so I could change my bandages later. And also some pain medicine that I would really be needing later.

The team had three heavily tinted SVU. Chase and Bill rode the first car. Tom and Andy were on the third while Sam and I will be riding with Flynn and Kate.

It's already nearing midnight to the streets were pretty much deserted especially when we reached the express way. In less than thirty minutes or so, we have exited the city and the scenery of tall buildings and cemented road were replaced by trees and dirt road.

I noticed that Sam fell asleep leaning on me. It was cute to watch her sleep in an uncomfortable position and place with her mouth a little bit open. And then my own eyes were beginning to fall. I didn't took any pain meds yet so I could stay alert but the damages on my body was beginning to take control.

Trying to fight sleep was futile. My eyes were really heavy and my visions were blurry. And as I closed my eyes, a loud explosion woke me up.

"Shit!" The car in front exploded and Captain Harper tried his best to avoid colliding with the burning car in front. He stepped on the brakes and turned left but the speed of the car and the sudden turn and stop made the SVU to roll. It was good thing that Sam and I were wearing a seatbelt as the SVU rolled around. It finally came to stop with us hanging upside down.

I looked around and saw blood coming from Sam's head. "Damn it! Sam! Sam!" I shook her hard and was glad to have a soft moan as a response. "Captain? White?" There were no responses.

Then I heard two car screeches and opening of the doors followed by gun shots.

"Captain! White!" It was Sgt. Collins. I kicked the window on my side and released the seat belt lock to escape the middle of the cross fire.

"Go! We need the girl alive!" Someone yelled with a Russian accent. If what I heard was correct, then there's a chance that they wouldn't risk harming Sam so I took this chance to drag her out from the vehicle.

I managed to pull Sam out and hide at the back and watched as Collins and Craig exchange gunfire with the mob. I have some clear shot so I took it and hit one of the mob. This companion noticed me so I shot hime before he could shoot me.

"Cover me!" Collins yelled probably at Craig. He then ran around until he reached us. "You okay?" I nodded. "The others?"

"No movements. How many are there?"

"I counted six! You shot two... Andy and I got two... There should be two more the the left side."

As we were returning fire, I heard the sound of another fast approaching car. Collins must have heard it too. "Shit!"

It might be civilian, more mobs or if we're lucky... an ally. Our questions were answered when the heavily tinted SUV drove past us and stopped at the side of the mob. The door opened and a two women with shotgun suddenly came out and shot the remaining two goons.

"Drop your weapon!" Collins yelled as he pointed his gun to the newcomer. "Identify yourselves!" He order.

It was then that I realized the identities of our savior. "It's okay Sergeant. They are the good guys." Everyone lowered their weapons as the two new comer joined us. "FBI."

Walking towards us with their bad-ass swagger was the two FBI agents that we met years ago. Agent Carmichael and Agent Todd.

"We don't have much time! We have to move!" Agent Todd said.

"We're supposed to meet you at the safe house. What are you doing here?" Collins asked.

"You were compromised."

"How?"

"Where's Officer White?" Agent Carmichael asked.

"Right here!" White then pointed the gun at us.

"What the hell are you doing Kate?" Andy yelled.

"I'm sorry Andy! I'm so sorry!" She then pointed the gun at her head and fired.

"No!" Andy yelled. "Why?????" She ran towards her but it was too late. She died in an instant.

"I'll explain later! We need to move!" Agent Todd yelled.

"Captain's still alive! We need to get him out!"

"Get him out fast!" She then looked at me. "Get Sam on the back seat." With the help of two FBI agents, they managed to pull Harper from the car. Then, Collins pull the shocked Craig and shove her to the car while Agent Carmichael drove off.
