Ava's P.O.V

We got into the car to go to the park me and Lex were just looking at each other smiling"oh my god"what's wrong Lex asked"we forgot the puppy Lexy"we got out and went to go get the puppy then we got back in and went to the park when we got there we both went to the restrooms once we were done we went to the swings Lacey saw us and just left and Shiro had gone to play with the puppy but after a while he gave her back  so we were just talking until

 I heard someone scream"Help!" "Did you hear that?" "Hear what?" "I think someone screamed for help" "I didn't hear anything" "Oh then maybe I'm just hearing things" "Maybe" "Hey come with me" "why?" "Because I want to show you something Ava" "Ok Lexy" we went to the top of a slide and saw the whole view of the park we were really high off the ground but still it looked so beautiful "wow it looks so beautiful "  "yeah it sure does" but when he said that he wasn't looking at the park he was looking at me 

"What are you looking at?"He smiled and said "The girl I love"I looked at him shooked"But you said you loved Lacey at the restroom I heard you"He put his hand behind his head"Well yeah but I've loved you longer ever since we met" "But that was when we were like ten" "Yup and I've loved you ever since then" "So you do love me then?" "Of course I do" "I love you too"We leaned in a kissed once we pulled away I saw Shiro running

"Damn that boy can run"I thought  "Should we go see what all the fuss is about?" "No let's just watch a movie" "Ok"I pulled out my phone"How about this one?" "Beauty and the beast really?"A goofy smile spreaded across my face "How about the kissing booth?"  "Nooooo why?" "Because"He grabbed my face and kissed me he stuck his tongue into my mouth and bit my lip when he pulled away

"Ok that's a good reason but I really don't want to watch this" "I'll let you give me a lap dance" "What are we waiting for let's watch this movie"He laughed and about thirty minutes into the movie I started singing a song that my mom always used to sing me and Shiro when we couldn't sleep we would always fall asleep half way though the song    I remember we would always sing for her on mother's day after all we did get it from our mom but as we got older we had more problems with them I remember we had the biggest fight that was the night we moved out I missed her so much so I sang it   

"Oh love's a crazy, game all I know is that it takes two hearts to play and once you both find the flame you'll need more than life itself  to keep it burning though the waves and I've tried bout a million times but I can't seem to get it right get my hopes up but it lasts one night and then it's over-"I turned and looked at Lex he was already smiling "but when I look into your eyes I see my future my paradise somethin hits me every time and I know it I wanna be loved with your love your love your love I wanna be touched by your touch your touch" 

He got up and started clapping but he slipped and almost fell but I caught him but I knew I wouldn't be able to hold him forever so I pulled him up  pushed him onto the metal part of the slide and last thing I remember is falling and hitting my head and Lex running with me in his arms because I blacked out after that

I woke up in a hospital bed I didn't know how long it had been I saw Lex by my feet with his head down I think he was crying I saw Shiro and Lacey at the corner of the room both also crying holding each other"W-what's everyone crying for did someone just die?"They all ran over and hugged me after they pulled away Lex was still hugging me"thank god your okay I wouldn't know what I'd do if I lost the lo-I mean my best friend"then Shiro said "He"he sniffled I thought I was your best friend"he finished wiping away his tears Lacey started to do the same"I can have two best friends"Lex said crossing his arms" 

"Yeah just like Lacey can have two boy-"They both looked at me pleading not to tell him with there eyes"Um boys who are very dear to her but one a little more than the other"Lex looked at me and smiled he thought I was talking about him but I was actually talking about Shiro I looked at Shiro he smiled and mouthed a  "Thank you "and I nodded then I looked at Lacey she smiled and I smiled back

A  couple minutes later the doctors came in they did doctor stuff and said I'll be let out in two days so after non stop visits from Shiro,Lacey,and Lex and a couple make out sessions with Lex when we were alone I was finally discharged we got home me and Lex were on the couch talking when I said"Lex I really want to tell Lacey that we kissed that day at the park" "But Ava I don't want to brake Lacey's heart" "Yeah if she doesn't brake yours first" "Your so sweet your the sweetest boy I've ever seen and that's why I want you all to myself" "But Ava I really don't want to tell them" I sighed  

"Ok I can't believe it has come to this but Lex you're making me do this"I pushed him onto the couch and raised an eye brow"Please baby?" "ugh don't look at me like that you know I can't  resist"I leaned in and kissed him "Fine but if I die it's your fault" " Yay thanks baby"I kissed him one last time and went up stairs " " I really hope I don't get pushed down the stairs" I thought I knocked on the door and heard someone coming to open it"Well here goes nothing"
