"jaeyun!" we called you the moment you stepped up on the bus, looking rather exhausted. i could tell you were tired by the endless birthday wishes you received that day the second i made an eye contact with you, "please tell us you saved chocolates for us!"
"i barely managed to," you laughed, taking your seat beside me, "i only have 5 left with me."
"only 5? guess someone is not getting one then."
"sorry," you grinned at me with the least apologetic face i had ever seen in my life, handing out the chocolates to the rest of our friends, "but you know, when i was buying these chocolates, i realised that i had some spare change left with me,"
"and what about it?"
"so," you took out a chocolate bar from your bag, and surprisingly, you offered it to me, "i brought this for you, since i lost our bet."
i never thought a chocolate bar would be so special to me. was it maybe because someone special gave it to me?
