1. Depression a physiological disorder but we don’t know enough about the brain to be precise. That’s why psychology and cognitive science exist, because we can’t precisely fix depression so we have to abstract to higher order concepts. Neuroscience exists, but we are still making headway.

1. La depresión es un trastorno fisiológico, pero no sabemos lo suficiente sobre el cerebro para ser precisos. Por eso existen la psicología y la ciencia cognitiva, porque no podemos corregir la depresión con precisión, por lo que tenemos que abstraernos de conceptos de orden superior. La neurociencia existe, pero todavía estamos avanzando.

4. Depression makes it hard to give. It's very hard to think of other people when you're wrapped in a prickly blanket of sadness, and all you can think about is your own pain. Be proactive and just a few steps you need to heal. Try reading a book to help you understand what you are going through and how best to deal with it.
