Chapter 6

---The next morning---

The sun beamed through Asami's window hitting her face. she turned her head to avoid the sun light and her alarm went off, 'great' she rolled her eyes and got off the bed. she got dressed and went to the kitchen to grab something to eat

"would you like me to have the cooks make something" her butler asked

"no thank you I'm not really hungry I just wanted a snack before school" Asami served him a smile

Asami went to the living room to watch T.V while she waited for Korra. The thought of last night came to her head and caused her to blush 'jeez, what is wrong with me, she's my bodyguard' Asami thought as she brought her knees to her chest her thoughts were interupted when she heard Korra's voice "you ready to go" she asked, Asami jumped up "uh...yeah" and they left for school.

Asami and Korra met up with the others at their lockers, as they were grabbing their stuff a girl approached them.

"Hey can I steel you for a minute" she asked looking at korra

"oh um.. sure" Korra said and glanced at Asami while walking with the girl to the other side of the hallway

"Thats the girl that approached Asami in the locker room" Opal said as she continued going through her locker "she asked if korra was into girls... guess she likes her or something"

"Asami, you good there?" Mako raised a brow

"oh I'm fine why wouldn't I be?" she questioned

"well you won't stop staring" Mako pointed out

"shes just jealous" Opal chuckled

"AM NOT!! she's my bodygaurd that just wouldn't be professional" Asami argued

"awwwwe Asami has a crush on her knight in shining armor" Bolin teased

"Hiroshi did you good Asami" Mako laughed

"why am I friends with you guys" Asami said trying to hide her blush

---meanwhile---

"why did you ask for me?" Korra asked the girl

"well I thought you were cute and wanted to introduce myself" she said and continued "my names Kuvira" she said offering Korra her hand to shake

Korra took her hand and shaked it "Korra, nice to meet you" 'wow she's pretty'

"so I was wondering if I can take you out to lunch this weekend?" Kuvira asked

"oh um...I'm not sure if I can this weekend" Korra while rubbing the back of her neck 'I can't leave Asami's side' Korra thought

"Oh okay, well let me get your number, maybe we can plan for another time" Kuvira said

"okay, sounds good" they exchanged their numbers and Korra went back to the group

"what did she want" Asami asked in a bitter tone once Korra got back

"she wanted to take  me out for lunch this weekend" Korra said without any emotion

"what you say" Opal asked

"I said I couldn't" Korra said without emotion again

"WHAT WHY, SHE'S HOT" Mako said, Asami elbowed Mako on the arm making him groan.

"I'm not here to date, I'm here for a assignment" Korra said looking annoyed "lets go before you guys are late" Korra added

After class they met up at the football feild for lunch as always.
