For everyone who's asked for an update, this one's for you :) Any pairing ideas? Oh, and any specific person you want me to focus on? (Also, I wrote 2900 words for this chapter to make up for not posting in a while) Thanks all of you awesome readers who are sticking with me!

(Nico)

After a very eventful 'not eventful' time outside where they literally just explored the main grounds since the irritating threesome followed them out, the three had Defense Against the Dark Arts, which was the one class Nico was dying to attend. 'Not literally dying, if that were to happen, I'd be stuck with my dad 24/7 and just a weekly visit makes me lust after life and not death.'

"Neeks, you're zoning out." Jason murmurs, dragging Nico back to reality. The teacher had yet to show up, but save around five desks, the rest were filled. Nico, Jason and Percy sat in the front, shockingly, considering all of them would be the kids who sit in the very back for any other school. "Neeks, you aren't thinking this class is going to teach you how to defend against your father right?"

"No...maybe, defense against the dark arts, is there anything darker than my dad?" Nico says trying to not blush at how bad that came out. 'Ugh, just say yes or no, why go into an explanation.' Nico inwardly curses himself, his expression not changing at all.

Percy has his head down on his desk, appearing to be asleep, Nico knew that is impossible as Percy already avoids sleeping more then an hour a night. "Stop staring at him." Jason says, and Nico's eyes darken as his focus turns to Jason.

"Problem Lightbulb?" Nico growls, lowering his voice when Percy moves a bit.

"Yes Dark, you're eying my love" Jason's words slip out, and Nico can recognize Jason never meant to say them by the way he covered his mouth right after. Percy was suddenly sitting up, staring at Jason with wide eyes. Percy's eyes turn to Nico, and Nico has a full-blown internal breakdown. 'Drat, drat, drat, I curse everyone related to Jason and his loose tongue, stupid, stupid...(breakdown continues)' Outwardly, neither Jason nor Nico changed their expression, both looking calm and composed. Nico was 100% positive Jason was suffering a similar breakdown, both staring at Percy, trying to figure out how much Percy figured out.

"You have someone you love?" Percy slowly says, gazing at Jason with blank eyes. Nico is glad those eyes aren't directed at him, it's unnerving to be looked at by Percy in the first place, but when Percy's eyes are blank, he can't get a read on what Percy's thinking, often leading to him upsetting Percy.

"Um..." Jason trails off. 'Say something, anything, just don't give it away, Percy's not ready, he needs to be the one to decide to start a relationship or things are going to go so wrong with his current emotional state!' Nico tried to contain his panic, but it wasn't easy at all.

"Who?" Percy asks, still with that blank look. 'Is he upset, happy, jealous, jealousy would be good. Wait no, that would give an advantage to Sparkface and I want to be the first one Percy falls in love with!'

Snape suddenly enters, Percy's eyes leave the two, focusing on Snape who has reached the front of the room. 'phew, situation avoided.'

"This isn't the end of this conversation." Percy murmurs, Nico and Jason sharing a look of pure fear and despair. They were worried Percy would break down if he knew the two people he considered friends actually had crushes on him and didn't want to be just friends. His emotional state was unstable, and his view towards love was...well some stuff happened that made love a painful subject.
