Ray can make chains appear out from his palms and have them set on fire. Ray can only produce 2 chains. The fire on the chains last only for about 20 minutes for now. The chains can reach out to 2km. Ray will start getting blisters on his hands.

Age: 11
Quirk Name: Weaponry
Emma can make any type of gun appear out of this air. The gun's get bigger the more she grows up. But if Emma makes a gun appear that she is not ready for she will only make it last for about 5 minutes then the gun will disappear and she will faint.
Name: Norman
Age: 11
Quirk Name: Time
Norman can stop time, but only for about 30 minutes. Everything around him will freeze in time but him. He can select only 1 person besides him to move freely when he stopps time.
