Me and Nora are spending the whole day looking for costumes and getting ourselves ready for tomorrow.
"so what do you wanna be?" i ask her as we drive to the mall.
"im thinking a queen or a goddess of some sort. a woman in power if you know what i mean." she says a cheesy smile on her face and i roll my eyes laughing.
"I'll never say no to that i guess." i laugh.
"and you mi amorr." she draws out dramatically making me laugh again.
"im not sure but i was thinking a rose but im not sure if that could even work." i say already feeling discouraged.
"a rose! thats perfect Mira! i gotchu babe youre gonna be the sexiest rose ever!" she says opening her phone as i watch her scroll through pinterest making me laugh.
we get to the mall in a matter of minutes and nora pulls me to the nail salon.
"i was thinking gold and white for goddessy vibes." nora says staring at her hand and i laugh.
"yeah goddessy vibes suit you." i chuckle and she looks at me unamused and i laugh at her.
"i guess I'll just get a simple rose or something." i say shrugging hoping no plan will end up being a good plan.
"okay you go first!" she yells pushing me forward as she sits down to wait.
we finish getting our nails done and mine have one simple rose on each hand.
