I Remembered You

Ah, back again with some angst!

I love this song so much! It has made me cry a lot, and now you all will be.

I am not revealing much, except that Draco came across  Harry's and his photo album at the Malfoy Manor.

Draco had never been so restless when he wanted to finish a book. His heart was hammering as he reached the epilogue of it.

He sighed, "That was amazing!".

He went over to the other side of his library, keeping the book back in its shelf.

"Ow!", He exclaimed as a heavier book fell down and banged his foot.

He crouched down to pick the book up and froze.

The peach cover was familiar, dusty, but known.

He opened it, and felt his breathing constrict.

'Harry Potter-Malfoy, and his photos, by Draco Malfoy'.

He went to the first page, to see beautiful green eyes blink at him and a goofy smile be directed at him.

Hui mahobbat ki baat phir
Sata rahi hai yeh raat phir
Bhiga rahi hai in aakhon ko

The talks about love
Happened again.
This untimed monsoon
Is staining my eyes with tears again.

Harry was on their bed, his head on his arms, and his glasses on their bedside table.

He looked like he had dozed off while listening to the pattering rain outside.

Draco sat down on the ground, camera in his hand. He had always wanted to cherish his and Harry's memories, so that when they grew old together, they could show this album to their kids and grandkids.

He took the first photo, and chuckled as Harry groaned, shielding his face from the flash.

"Dray!", He removed his hands and tried to glare at his husband, but failed.

"What? Can't a man take the pictures of his beautiful husband?", He clicked the picture this time.

Draco was sure that he won't be able to survive this album, but something in his mind told him to carry on.

Why do you think your name
came on my lips again?

"I miss you so much, Harry", Draco sobbed as he let his finger caress the picture of his beloved.

Draco looked up as he heard the first drops of rain fall on the balcony in the empty Malfoy Manor.

He turned to the next page, where he saw Harry twirl in the rain, in their back garden.

The words you had said,
That made my heart ache,
I remembered you once again.

He swore he could still hear the childish giggles of Harry, as the rain outside increased as if to express his sorrow.
