This may be the first fanfic that's about the monster from the reverse-horror game called Carrion! Let's see how it goes!

??? 3: Heh... *chuckles*...Oh, why did I take this job...why did I leave my boyfriend...? For this...?
The female scientist goes limp while on her knees. Her chuckling then turns into laughter of insanity.
??? 3: *Laughs insanely* Come and get me then...let's get this over with... *continues laughing*
*Growling turns into a roar*
The creature then morphs its body into a swarm of super-thin tendrils. Some wrap around each other into ropes of tendrils and some enter her body through her mouth. Some tear through her clothes and enter her anus. Others enter her virgin cunt and bust through her hymen, leaving behind a bloody mess. The tendrils that did not wrap around each other tear through her other clothes and insert themselves into every pore of her body from head to toe. No hole in her entire body is safe from invasion. The woman gagged and struggled in response to the initial pain but quickly gave in to the numbness and some pleasure that soon replaced it. The process only took several seconds and then, the massive creature has now completely inhabited the woman's body. The woman then lays there on her back panting from the experience, her clothes in nothing more than tatters and the trail of blood oozes from her recently deflowered cunt.

The woman then begins to what one would say, having a seizure. She jerks and shakes around as her belly begins to bulge. Once her belly grew to a certain size, the woman looks at it and slowly rubs her hand over it.
??? 3: *Sigh* Dying by giving birth to a monster...now that I think about it...that doesn't sound too bad...URGH!!!! GUAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUHHHH!!!!!!
Red tendrils then burst from her cunt and more followed, stretching her hole wide open. As more tendrils came out the strain the stretching is causing to her body is beginning to show. The big deal came around when a jaw emerged, not only stretching the hole to its absolute limit but also ripping the skin around the hole as well. The woman screams in agony as the birthing process becomes more and more dangerous until it comes to a point where more jaws and tendrils emerged and the skin tears wide open. Tearing the flesh of the groin and abdomen wide open, the creature broke free from its fleshy abode, poured itself out of the massive opening it created, and let out a hybrid of a screech and a roar as it triumphs over the near-dead scientist that took part in the experimentation.
The woman falls limp and dead. The creature first looms over the corpse and then slithers away until it reaches a door with a handprint scanner next to it. The creature knows it can't use its "hands" to open it but it does know one ability it recovered less than an hour ago.
*Snarls*
The creature then compresses itself smaller and smaller until it achieved the form of a human. It turns out to be a human male. He looks at his hand and at the scanner. He placed his hand on the scanner and the light from it blinked green, which means pass, and the door opens the way for him. He then walks through and kept on walking while in his human form. He stumbles over his steps as he isn't slithering which is a new thing for him but he kept on walking and walking until he gets the hang of his own two feet. It was at this point that he already made it to the exit of the laboratory and proceeded to open the doors with his hand on the nearby scanner. Once it has fully opened, the monster in human skin was at first blinded by the sun but his eyes adjusted to the sudden light not long after.
Creature: Ugh...that was bright... *cough*...ugh.
Creature's Mind: Now being able to talk after taking a human form makes my throat very dry.
He then took a look around until he sees a nearby lake. He went over to the lake and got himself a drink. He used to drink water from the random caves and pipes and some blood from the humans to maintain his moisture, but the lake's water was unlike anything he ever drank before. It was when he finally stopped drinking when he got a good look at himself.

Creature: Well well well...not bad.
After getting his fill from the lake, he looks around with his echolocation ability to locate any place of interest.
Creature: Hm? A city? Not far from here at that. Let's take a look. But if I remember correctly from the memories of that old man...
I ponder over what the old man knew before the events in that lab and have come to a starting point.
Creature: I can use a proper name.
After a bit more pondering, the creature came to a conclusion.
Creature: Why not...
