There will be separate comment chains for the members and council, and I advise you to not comment outside of those chains.
For Council, consider this a formal meeting in which I bring up an idea that has been brainstormed and we discuss about it, coming to a conclusion about what should become canon to the fantribe.
Members, consider this a casual gathering where you can say your general opinions.
