-Council members are involved in all of the steps in this project.
*They need to be active on this book (I recommend adding it to their library), a good mediator, make decisions, be okay with their ideas not being used, and supporting others ideas (and vice versa).
*To become a council member, you need to vote on the Welcome and Divider [(((---)))] chapters. The Divider chapter is immediately after this one.
-Members brainstorm ideas and can chip in with their opinions, but ultimately don't get the final say.
*You are allowed to not be as active on this.
*It would be best if this group was larger than the Council.
