You had trained non stop honing you fighting skills as you hopelessly waited for Tony to get a hit on Tan or Bucky, it had been 3 days since you last saw either of them and you were getting antsy. After training and showering you head down to the kitchen/lounge where everyone was hanging out, seemingly doing their own thing. As your grabbing a bottle of blood from the fridge to heat up in the microwave Steve walks over to you, "how are you holding up?"

"Fine," you exhale.

"You need to rest," Steve tells you.

"I will rest when we find him," you say with an annoyance in your tone.

"You've been training and searching non stop since he.."

You didn't let Steve finish his sentence, "I'm fine i just need a drink," you grab your blood, pushing past Steve towards Tony. You didn't mean to be angry with Steve, or any of them, but he was right, you were frustrated and tired.

Just as you sat down next to Tony to observe what he was working on you could hear a commotion erupting from the TV Nat stands up from the couch, "guys." You all look towards her and the TV.

It was a broadcast was live for a grand opening of a new multi complex shopping mall downtown. Screams could be heard as people ran in every direction away from the 4 men that had stormed the podium where the mayor and his office were standing. 3 of the men killed the majority of people on stage, blood ran from their necks as their bodies lay lifeless on the floor. Their leader grabbed the mayor by the back of his collar like a dog so he couldn't run away and looked straight into the camera.

Tan.

You had recognized him as he was walking onstage. You hold your breath waiting to hear his words.

"New York! This is your wake up call, vampires walk among you. You have two choices, join us, or become food. Consider this your one and only warning."

Tony looks at you, "want to try your suit?"

You nod at him.
"Okay team suit up, meet at the lift in 5," Steve instructs.

You jog towards Tony and swiftly follow him down to his lab. He presses his palm on a scanner the making a panel on the far wall flip, grabbing the black fabric from a shelf he hands it to you, "I hope it fits."

Taking it you head to the side room and change taking a moment to look at yourself in the mirror. Every inch of the suit clung to your curves, it fit perfectly like a second skin, even your low wedge boots were the right size. There was a gun and holster on your right thigh and a holster on your left thigh with a dagger sheathed in it. The color was like nothing you had ever see before, it was blacker than black.
You head back into the room where Tony was.

"Damn I'm good," Tony congratulates himself.

"I've never seen a color like this before," you state.

"I call it Vantablack, it's the darkest substance on earth, absorbing 99% of visible light, it should keep you hidden when you do your dark fog thingy."

"It's perfect Tony thank you."

Tony had donned his Iron man suit and you both head to the lift where Steve and Nat were waiting.

"Wow, you look like one of the team now," Nat states smiling at you.
She really wanted you to officially join the team, you hadn't said no but you had kept dodging the request, unsure of how the public would take to you, but now you had no choice your identity was about to be revealed.

As your descending the tower in the elevator you run through strategies and tactics, once in the garage you straddle the back of a bike with Nat in front of you as the driver. Steve mounts his own bike, "everyone know the plan?"
You all nod and start your engines, Tony flies out of the garage before the door was fully up. Nat revs the engine making the back wheel on your bike skid as you blast our onto New York streets, with Steve close behind.

A few moments later you find yourself amongst the commotion that Tan and his followers were making.
Cap, Nat and Tony focus in on the 3 vampires that were causing terror and carnage to the civilians. Tan sees you walking towards him, he smirks and heads in your direction.

You stop 3 feet in front of him, "call them off Tan."

"Why? I'm just getting started!"

As he says that he runs towards you, you brace for his move and begin to fight him. More vampires arrived keeping Nat, Cap and Tony busy.

You could tell he was much stronger than the last time you fought him. He lands a kick to your stomach sending you flying backwards into a parked car.

(Y/n?) You good?" Steve asks through your comms.

"Yeah," you quickly reply as you find your feet running towards Tan again.

You land a few punches to his body knocking him off balance, you miss time a dodge and he makes contact with your cheek bone. You both pause for a moment gaining your breath back, then you realized he wasn't using his new powers, something was off.
