Estelle Potter had always been pretty quiet. The absolute opposite of her brother james. They say you shouldn't compare siblings and in this case that is 100 percent correct. If you were to compare the Potter siblings you would find yourself in an odd mixed up circle of traits as it's common knowledge- Estelle and James are two sides of the same coin. So very different but at the same time you'll never meet a pair so common.

Estelle was on the surface quiet, agreeable and kind but to dig a little deeper would reveal her cheeky personality many see it but not so many know of how deep those mischievous routes go. Her short dark brown hair reached just below her shoulders and was almost always pinned back with her wand embedded between the thick strands. Her eye bags were almost always heavy, purple and present supporting her greyish-blue eyes. Pale skin often made her look sickly as she had always been easily sickened. She looked different in a good way and her smile was no less than comforting and kind. She had an aura about her. A thick wave of kindness followed her like a footstep trail as she navigated life.

" James, can you reach me my book, dads put it on the top shelf so I can't get it again," She spoke to her brother once, softly as if pleading because that's how Estelle asked for things. She asked like she'd die if she didn't get it and that's how she always got what she wanted and she hated it. So she never asked , pleaded or argued with anything, out loud.

Estelle had internally freaked out when it was suggested that she attend Beauxbatons in the september of her first year of school. James was even more angry, the boy, who at the time had been about to go into his third year, wanted to be able to show his sister Hogwarts and introduce her to all his friends. But Estelle didn't argue she went and she hated it, but she remained top of the class there and tried her hardest to distract from the fact that she would rather be anywhere else. If anywhere was hogwarts. By the end of her first year har parents noticed the change in their daughter, Her tone was sadder in letters. She seemed distant at home and couldn't even look at james' or anything to do with the school she'd rather be at. They however put it down to growing up like most parents do when they sense something wrong that they may have been able to prevent. After 2 and a half years of watching their child slowly grow further and further into this void of un happy mess they had, had enough.

"Fleamont I can't look at Estelle anymore without thinking that we caused her pain she didn't even write a letter for the house elves this month and normally around christmas she'll ask them what they'd like," Euphemia Potter spoke in a Loving manor to her husband. Fleamont Potter was shocked by the look on his wife's face as she placed the just opened letter on his table. He knew this was going to come but didn't think it would happen so late. He had noticed from the second they mentioned the french girls school to their little star that it wasn't the right decision but decided to let Euphemia deal with the Potter girls education, he knew better than to poke his own nose into business she considered hers.

"Dear I think maybe Beauxbatons isn't the school for our Estelle... Don't tell me you haven't noticed how blank she looks now and how her smile falters when she comes home if we mention her education. She looks like she wants to run away forever," He voiced trying to soften the blow of indirectly saying to his wife that her decision on Estelle's education had been the wrong one. Instead of being greeted with the shout or aggressive voice he expected she sighed.

"I've been thinking that for a while. At first I thought she was just maturing but then it hit that when kids mature they don't lose their whole personality," her voice laced with an unreadable expression she paused " we will have to talk to James about it he comes home a week before Estelle anyway so we can talk then," The tired woman left no room for any other mention on the topic from her husband as she left the room with haste.

The just over a week between the Wednesday of the head's of the Potter household and Mr James Potter's arrival at the manor went by way too slow for the liking of Euphemia Potter. She had tried to busy herself by organising both childrens rooms and began cooking and baking instead of the house elves. They felt unused. The day she opened Estelle's room she was almost flooded with emotion, when james came home each summer he changed his room to his changed liken and it had slowly each break become more grown up however when she entered Miss Potter's room it looked exactly the same as it did the day they said goodbye to her at the front gate of Beauxbatons school of magic and she had come home every summer and break since then. Why did her room never change? Was she lacking the desire to disassociate herself from her 11 year old self?

Her room had the same baby blue walls with the same wood panels Estelle insisted on having as they 'made it look like a princess room'. Upon closer inspection - Ephemia opening the heavy doors to her daughter's wardrobe- she noticed Estelle hadn't even bothered to throw away her old clothes even though she hadn't worn them since the day she left 2 and a half years ago. Even her bed still had the same sheer royal bed curtains around it and princess pillows. Looking up to the sky she noticed that the ceiling was still charmed to look like the starry sky with Estele's favourite constellations. Euphemia was snapped out of her daze by Fleamont's call.

"Dear, we really must go and collect James from the station now," he spoke while walking up the stairs to his wife quickly shutting the door of his star's bedroom and walking towards him ready to apparate to kings cross station.

James greeted his Mother and Father in a sweet embrace as he was led by apparition back home to the manor however the first thing he said when he was in the safety of his home and could drop formalities was.

"Mum, when does Estelle get home," He spoke clearly, uncomfortable by the fact that his sister was away in the first place. Fleamont upon hearing this decided for his wife that this was the perfect time to talk to James about his sister's change of school. Charming James' luggage away he made his way to the sitting room beckoning Euphemia and James with him.

"James we wanted to ask you if it would be okay for Estelle to join you at hogwarts after February half term as we have noticed for a while her indirect uncomfortableness with being in Beauxbatons and we have decided to ask you how you'd feel before hand or she will be moving to Illvermorny instead," Euphemia spoke the first word. The expression on James Potter's face instantly lifted to the heavens he straightened his back and let out an excited screech.

" Mum I would want nothing more than for Essie to join me at hogwarts. I don't

know why you put her in that stupid french school. Have you asked her?" His parents smiled happily upon seeing their son show true excitement about their daughter joining him at his school.

"Oh James we're so happy you want that, we will be letting Estelle know in a week when she gets home. We have opted to let her use the floo system rather than making her get here the muggle way." Fleamont translated from his loving wife's smile before dismissing James to use his free time from Hogwarts well.
