"YOU CREATED A LOBBY YOURSELF?" Bakugo adjusted the microphone from his blue gaming headphones, moving it so that it was a few inches away from his mouth.
"Yeah, it's gonna be me, you, Sero, Kaminari, and his online friend." Kirishima explained through their voice chat, the two planning to play a pvp online game to unwind that Friday night.
"Well can they hurry up, they're talking for fucking ever." Bakugo mumbled, picking up his controller and clicking around the home screen of the video game.
After talking for about 10 minutes, Sero, Denki, and his online friend, who's gamer tag was CollateralDamage, joined the VC.
CollateralDamage? This dude probably thinks he's really fucking good, but actually sucks ass.
"OIII! Hey guys!!" Denki shouted into his microphone, making Bakugo's eardrums nearly burst. "STOP YELLING, YOU CHARGER!"
"That's kinda hypocritical, Bakugo." Sero laughed, Bakugo's temple throbbing in anger. "I'm not gonna play with you brats if you're just gonna annoy me."
"Hey Kaminari, where's your friend? He's on mute." Kirishima asked, noticing the icon of a microphone with an x through it next to their name.
"Ah, she's probably doing something. Give her a minute."
"She? You have a girl online friend?"
"Why do you sound so shocked, Sero! You're hurting my feelings!"
"No, I'm shocked too. How did you manage to get a girl to stand you?" Kirishima joked.
"Well if you must know, we met last week on a game of Valorant. She's like, super cool and good at games, so I figured she could play with us—"
There was a loud ding, indicating that someone had unmuted themselves. The boys' hitched, waiting to hear what this girl gamer sounded like.
