Boss has noticed Taehyung becoming more aggressive towards the kid. He thinks it's a much smarter choice to just obey than to do what he wants.
I don't know many details except for Taehyung's more... assertive behavior and Jungkook following him like a puppy. He doesn't even seem to notice the change in the older's demeanor.
