It's been a couple days since the incident that happened at the Cabin... Josh was just recently found, but he became one of them... He became a Wendigo... He got taken to a lab yesterday so scientists could see if there is any way to bring josh back. I was at my friend Sam's house, we were in her room eating some snacks and watching TV.
" You think Josh can be brought back...? " I ask as I then eat a chip.
" I honestly don't know Y/N... Do you still like him after all he did, and what he ended up turning into?? " Sam says as she then looks at me. She turns her TV down a little bit.
" Well... Yeah, yeah I do. I mean.. I didn't necessarily hate him for practically messing with our heads, because we both know he just wasn't mentally stable during those days. Like at all. " I say as I sit up and I face Sam.
" Well I guess you're right.. But I don't know if I can trust him quite yet.. Not after all he did to us. ", Sam shrugs and her phone then starts to ring.
" Hello ? " Sam says as she answers the phone, she puts the phone on speaker so I could also hear.
" Hello, is this Samantha Giddings?? " Asks a woman's voice.
" Yes this is Samantha, who is this? " Sam asks.
" This is Doctor Smith from the Boulevard Science Lab. We have some intel on your friend Joshua Washington ", My eyes then lighten up a bit as soon as I heard Josh's name.
" Oh thank god! So can you save him?! " Sam asks, she looks at me.
" We can.. But unfortunately I don't think his one long tooth can go back to normal. " Says Dr. Smith, I sigh in relief.
" That's fine, thank you so much for letting me know. So how long is it gonna take for him to go back to normal? " Sam asks.
" It depends, we've never had to something like this. But we believe it should take 2 or 3 days. " Says Dr. Smith.
" Alright sounds good doctor. Again, thank you so much for telling me. " Sam says as she then looks at me and smiles, I smile back at her.
" No problem ma'am. When Josh is ready I'll call this number so you can come get him. " Says Dr. Smith.
" Alright, bye Doctor. " Sam says, Dr. Smith says bye back. Sam then hangs up and she then looks at me again.
" Josh is gonna be okay. "
" I can't wait to see him already.. I really just need to tell him how I feel already. " I say, I look down at my hands.
" And you will Y/N, y'know what. I can even see Josh telling you that he likes you as well. " Sam says as she then rubs my arm comfortingly.
