"i remember-i remember when i first met you three, biggest bunch of misfits i've ever seen, and here we are, four years later"

"we're still a bunch of misfits hagrid" ron let's put holding back laughter

"well maybe, but we've all got each other" hagrid then turns to me "youve even got a new addition"

i shake my head laughing and turn to see harry slowly moving away from the group, i didn't think anything of it

"hogwarts hogwarts hoggy warty hogwarts teach us something please" ron, hermione, hagrid and i sing very out of tune

at this point harry is out of eye view so i follow where he went. i found him holding his scar over barty crouch, who's dead

i wait outside of dumbledores office for harry. after what seems like forever he walks out, not saying a word. we walk i comfortable silence back to his common room. he only speaks to open the portrait

"hi harry! hi y/n! are we still going to play today?! i've been practicing" colin shoots up from the couch, it seems like he's had too much sugar

"how about we reschedule for tomorrow? sound like a plan?"

he nods and we interlock pinkys, i give harry a small smile which he returned before heading up to his dorm

(the last task)

i pace back and fourth in my tent, one more horrific task and this whole thing is over.

what's in the maze? how long with it take? what do we have to find? will everyone be okay? what will happen?

my thought get interrupted when i hear y/n

"harry?" we make eye contact and they run and greet me in a big hug

"i can see you're overthinking, everything will be fine, everyone will be okay, don't stress it"

"i know it's just what if-"

"exactly, what if, everything will be okay"

i just nod my head

"i have to go find ronald, i'll see you after okay?" she kissed the top of my head before leaving

the cheers grow small and the band stops at dumbledores yelling

"earlier today professor moody placed the tri-wizard cup deep into the maze, only he knows where it stands. now, as mr diggory-"

everyone gets up and cheered very loudly interrupting dumbledores sentence

"-and mr potter-"

he got cut off again

"-were tied for first place, they will be first to enter the maze, followed by mr krum-"

"first to touch the cup, wins. now, if any wish to withdraw from the task, simply shoot red sparks into the air, now" he turns to us four "gather around, quickly"
