horcrux hunting, not good. the tension between the four of us is off the charts. we have ron and harry, harry and i, ron and hermione. but not harry and hermione, why? because they're been closer than ever
yes, i know they wouldn't do anything they're like siblings, but i think ron's getting to my head. he thinks there's something going on, and it honestly makes sense
we're walking, again. that's all we've been doing. walking, walking, walking. only stopping to hide from snatchers or to sleep. hermione and harry were walking in front of ron and i, talking and giggling about who knows what
"you know y/n, if you and i were acting like that, they'd both throw a fit" ron didn't take his eyes off the two of them
"then why don't we play their game?" i said turning to him, and he looked back and smirked before nodding

we're settling in the middle of the forest, i'm helping ron put up the tent while, of course, harry and hermione are off doing something else
"how far are we going to take it?" he asked opening the tent flap for me
"as far as it needs to go" i shrugged it off, knowing it wouldn't go too far
i took a seat next to ron on the couch, putting my legs on his lap, reading my copy of romeo and juliet
hermione and harry walked in, not saying a word to ron or i, and she started giving him a haircut. i looked up at ron who was clearly boiling inside
after a few moments of silence, hermione gasped
"oh my god"
"what?" harry stood up concerned, feeling the back of his head, where hermione was cutting
"i'll tell you in a moment" hermione scrambled in the dining area
"maybe you could tell me now" harry followed
i looked over to ron who was bouncing his leg, not anxiously, but angrily
"the sword of gryffindor. it's goblin made." hermione pointed out the obvious
"brilliant" harry replied sarcastically
"no no. you don't understand. dirt and rust have no effect on the blade. it only takes it in which makes it stronger. harry you've already destroyed a horcrux. tom riddle's diary in the chamber of secrets"
"yeah, with a basilisk fang. if you tell me you've got one of those in that bloody bag of yours-"
"don't you see, harry? in the chamber you stabbed the basilisk with the sword of godric gryffindor. it's blade is impregnated with basilisk venom"
