y/n and harry ended up getting happily married october 29th, 2009
y/n decided to keep lupin as half her last name, turning to y/n lupin-potter
they had three beautiful kids, juniper james potter, valerie elizabeth potter and marina lily potter
juniper and valerie took after their mom and were sorted into slytherin, marina was sorted into hufflepuff
y/n decided that teaching muggle studies was her calling, arthur weasley took it upon himself to visit her classes every friday, taking notes as they both shared the same fascination for muggles
y/n loved teaching at hogwarts, on weekends, they would spend their time walking the ground with neville, who was now teaching herbology, the twos bond only grew as they reached adult hood. y/n even made neville valerie's godfather, took much convincing from harry but he finally gave in since ron and hermione were slither juniper and marina's godparents
remus loved to spend time with his grandchildren, he would visit every weekend, offer to babysit for periods at a time. he was proud of y/n. is she was happy, so was he
harry went through on becoming an aruor, ron tagging along
y/n and harry got the happy ending they always dreamed of
sirius, james and lily are definitely proud of how far their kids have come

i would like to thank you all for the outstanding support and love since the beginning. this was my first ever fanfic and it was a learning process, and i'm so thankful you were all patient with me. you guys mean everything to me, honestly. i'm not just saying that, without your encouragement and love i probably never would've finished this book
i love you all so much and appreciate each and every one of you. getting the notifications for comments, votes and being added to reading lists were probably my favorite notifications. along with your dms with encouragement when i wasn't doing well and just saying how much you loved my story
