Let me set up the situatin for you:
We're working on a project with two other people (let's call them CS and KS), and we're talking.
KS: I really like your handwriting, glow!
Me: Thanks
KS: I don't like my handwriting. It's so.. unreadable
Me: No, I think it's fine. I can read it
CS: I don't see why people can't just tell others the truth. It's just dumb how people lie about these dumb things.
Me: Isn't that what friends are for? It gets to a point where you can be as rude as you want and they won't care.
KS: I know right
CS: Yeah
