The Hobbit (rant)

I saw the hobbit. I want to complain. If you haven't seen it yet and intend to, stop reading now. Please don't hate me for this. It's all in good fun! :D I'm srs though, Tauriel should have died.

First. WHY DID KILI HAVE TO DIE!? The whole "Love story" sucked in the first place. It was a cheap gimik to get "normal girls" to watch. Normal Girls=not nerds btw. Why couldn't she have died?! Why is she even IN the hobbit?!

I excuse Legolas becasue, Legolas, and he was in the LOTR so I'll excuse it, but I do hate the fact that he was only in it because of the terrible attept at a love trinangle.

I don't know about your school, but what I call the "Wanna-be nerds" are raving about Legolas and Kili. You wanna know why, in my opinion at least? They're hot. It's not like either of them do anything to spectacular in the Hobbit. Note that I haven't seen the third LOTR movie yet..

I don't mind the inclusion of the orcs at all, I think it adds to it.

I also understand why Thorin died, it was a bit of symbalism kind of. Seeing him insane was painful.

I REALLLLLYYYY want that giant pig!!! And Wolf!!! And Deer!!! And Rams!!! Yes, I love animals. Mostly dogs.

Now the nick names:

Second in command of lake town: That idiot who dressed up as a girl

Mayor guy of lake town: Greedy-butt

Legolas and Kili: HOT (Not) I wonder how many fangirls hate me now...

Fili: Underrated

Bomber: The best dwarf

The other dwarfs: There. Just, there. Exept that one old guy.

I don't get this, sometimes Tauriel is brave and tough and independent. When the love crap happens, she's magically pathetic. Also, at the end she doesn't look like she's crying. Or upset at all.

How come Tauriel is in the hobbit when logic would suggest that she would also be in the LOTR?

Now on to the complaints replated to the book. Tauriel is a piece of fanfiction!!! An OC. She should not exist, not to mention that she doesn't really have a personallity.

My favorite chapter: Chapter 5, riddles in the dark. I don't feel that it got enough representation. You have three movies, each 3 hours long, you would think that they could have added more, you know.
