PONYBOY~ Seeing as you were both in your early teens, Ponyboy would lash out. It would be like his parent's death all over again, except this time, he's seen too much death. Say goodbye to the sweet, responsible Ponyboy, it might be a while till he's back

SODAPOP~ Bundle of tears. Once he realized that you're gone, he'd stay by your side until he's forced away, and even then, it takes the whole gang to keep him back. The following days, he'd stay locked in his room, refusing to see anyone

DARRY~ Darry would try to mask the pain as quick as possible, so he can keep caring for Pony and Soda. Other than that, Darry would work as much as possible without neglecting his brothers. He'd grieve in the comfort of his bed at night

DALLY~ Dally would lash out and do something that's probably worthy of jail time. For random intervals of time, he'd ask to stay on the Curtis brothers' couch, due to you sleeping with him almost every night and him not knowing how to deal with the loneliness.

Or you know... he might just do this

TWO-BIT~ Two-Bit's the kind of guy who would mask his emotions with humour. After a few days of grieving, he'd try to hide his utterly devastated he is. He keeps up with this image until he passes by your "spot" where you'd hung out with each other. Then he'd secretly try to wipe away tears and go home

STEVE~ I feel like Steve would go through the five stages of grief: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, and Acceptance. Though I think through the denial stage would be when he'd be the most vulnerable and when people would catch him tearing up at random moments and telling himself that you're on a short vacation with your family

JOHNNY~ Johnny's death wish would grow for a couple of weeks before Ponyboy and Dally told him: "Do it for Y/N." After that, Johnny would pry himself awake in the mornings and tell himself: "Do it for Y/N." It's the only thing that would keep him going, and though he would miss you tremendously, he'd remember that you'd want him to smile
