PONYBOY~ Since Pony's to young to drive, you're typically in the back together while someone else drives. You normally read together or, if it's a longer ride, fall asleep on each other's shoulders. You managed to jump start a car once though... boy was Darry mad

SODAPOP~ Car rides with Sodapop are terrifying. He, as Tom Cruise would say, has a need for speed. The first time you got in a car with him, your face went pure white after the cops pulled him over. The only words that left your mouth after Sodapop parked the car were "Never. Again."

DARRY~ It really depends on who else is in the car. If one of the boys are with you, Darry is very much the 'seatbelts and eyes on the road' kind of person. But if it's just the two of you, Darry acts more his age and has a hand in your leg with Elvis on the radio

DALLY~ Like Sodapop, Dally is absolutely reckless. Meaning that if someone's crossing the road, it's their problem to get out if the way. The only time Dally ever drives safe is if you have a little sibling in the car, and even then, it takes a lot of yelling until Dally slows the car down

TWO-BIT~ Two-Bit actually drives responsibly. He uses the whole shebang: turn signals, review mirror, all of that, he can even somewhat control his driving when drunk. The only thing is, his car is always littered with beer bottles and food wrappers

STEVE~ Steve and car rides go together perfectly. He's figured out the perfect combination of music, rolled down windows, and reclined seats to make any car ride enjoyable. But if the two of you are going for a longer drive, Steve has to control the radio

JOHNNY~ Johnny is terrified of driving, so your the one who drive the two of you everywhere. Any time you ask him about it, Johnny simply tells you that he doesn;t trust strangers enough to not kill him on the road (I agree Johnny. I completly agree)
