Warmth surrounded my chilled limbs as I gazed at the beautiful dark wood room. It had the perfect blend of white and dark wood. A hint of pine hung in the air too which was pleasant. To my right was a spacious lounge and straight ahead was a huge staircase. From the look of it there was much, much more to this house than I had originally thought.

Both Dimitri and Brody seemed to enjoy my reaction on seeing the inside for the first time. I wonder how many other girls they have brought here and shown this home to. Was this their weird sick game they would play to amuse themselves or did they have other motives?

" This is your house?" I asked as I slowly stepped in, making my way to the center of the room cautiously. I was half expecting someone to come out from behind a wall and yell that I was pranked or something. I was just having a very hard time coming to grips with all this.

" Da. Brody, take her to my room." Dimitri instructed as he walked into the lounge.

" Right away, Boss." Replied Brody as he showed me to the stairs. I couldn't help but pout, I really wanted to explore the house and maybe find an escape route although... I don't know if I want to leave such a beautiful home." Bummed, you couldn't look around a little more?" Brody asked as he glanced over his shoulder at me.

" No." I replied bitterly. I crossed my arms across my chest and looked the other way. It's like he can read my mind.

Brody took me down a long hallway and to the left, then we took another left and found ourselves in another hallway with doors on each side. We stopped at a room with the number 13 plastered on a small sign hanging from the door.

" Here it is, the Boss's room." Brody explained as he took a key out of his pocket. Half due to the room number but also half due to me being held by crazy Russian mafia men but I had this weird feeling that this wasn't Dimitri's room. I kinda expect it to be some dingy cell where they kept their victims. At least that's where they would have taken me if this were a movie.

" Where's your room?" I asked as I watched him unlock the door. I was kinda nervous to see if my suspicions were correct and I needed to distract my self from creating a scarier situation than the one I'm already in.

" Mine, oh it's down the hall. Feel free to come by whenever you want." He answered with a grin. Was this guy serious? Like hell I would want to visit anyone here. All I needed was a good escape route for when things got ugly.

" No thanks, I'm fine." I replied with a tight lipped smile.

" Okay but if you ever get bored I'm more fun behind closed doors. Now get some rest." Brody instructed as he moved to let me enter the room. His first comment left me frozen in place for a second. I couldn't tell if it was a promise or a joke. I hope it was just his messed up humor but I wasn't sure just yet.

Surprisingly the room was very modern compared to the rest of the house. A dark gray comforter lay on a huge king sized mattress. A large plasma TV gave the room a cozy feel, and the dark hard wood floors helped it flow with the rest of the house. It was far from the cold dark cell I had imagined in my head and I involuntarily let out a sigh of relief. I guess if I was going to be held against my will somewhere, I would prefer I be kept in a clean and seemingly comfy place like this.

" Um, where do I sleep?" I asked as I noticed only one bed in the room. That was going to be a problem.

" There." Brody said as he pointed to a gray bed." Do you often sleep anywhere else?" He teased as if making fun of my question. How dare he act like I was the weird one!

" you know what I mean Brody! What I meant was where will Dimitri sleep?" I asked looking around the room for another place someone could sleep. You would think, in such a large house, one wouldn't have to share a room but here we were. Sharing a room in a mansion full of them.
