"Right." You turn to Louis facing him as he parked the car in the car park, "what are we going to try not to do today?"
"Not get distracted." He chuckled.
You both say in a comfortable silence for about a minute.
"How long do you reckon that'll last?" You ask, breaking the silence.
"I'll give us 10 minutes and that's being generous."
You both made your way into ikea hand in hand, as you looked all around you.
"What do we need, love?" Louis piped up.
"Well mostly just utensils, glasses and also a few mugs, but looking around for a bit can't hurt anyone, right?"
He laughed, "yeah it's not like we're gonna get distracted or anything..."
As you were walking through the huge store, you went through all the rooms that held many different things from couches to baths to beds.
Eventually you wondered off (as expected) and started looking at all the beds.
"Do you think we could do with a bigger bed, lou?" You turned to your left, where Louis previously was except now he was nowhere to be found.
You weren't really panicking, you both just wondered off away from each other and you know that you'd find him soon enough.
Suddenly, you Louis walked up to you from behind a wardrobe where he had just been. He grabbed your waist and startled you, to which you turned around.
"Louis!"
"Sorry angel." He gave a sweet smile.
"Where have you been, love?" You questioned.
"Narnia." He replied casually, pointing to the wardrobe section.
"Ha ha. Anyways, I was meant to ask, do you think we could do with a bigger bed?"
"I think you mean we could do with a comfier bed."
"Louis our bed is not that bad-"
"Yes. It. Is."
You slightly laughed, as you grabbed his hand once again. He lifted your intertwined to his face and gave your hand a light kiss making you smile.
"Would you like to look at beds then?"
"Yes!"
After many many many hours you two finally left ikea but with many drawer sets and random scented candles and some other stuff Louis found. Not a utensil, glass or mug in sight.
You both sit in the car and put your seatbelts on.
"hmm, maybe we got a bit distracted."
"Yeah but only a bit."
"Yeah..."
you guys laughed at your sarcasm.
"Ice cream?" Louis asked
"Yes! Ice cream!" You replied back, eagerly, as he started the car and drove out the car park.
"Hey Lou?" You ask
"Yes my love?"
"Did we get any glasses or mugs?"
"Um..."
"Shall we come back tomorrow?"
"Yes, but we won't get distracted this time!"
"Of course we won't!"
