In this AU the killing games were simulations and nobody actually died. The students from all killing games are separated into groups, they all attend a group.
For example:
The Danganronpa 1 Characters are in Group 1, so the classes they attend will contain only the students from Danganronpa 1
The Danganronpa 2 Characters are in Group 2, so the classes they attend will contain only the students from Danganronpa 2
The Danganronpa 3 Characters are in Group 3, so the classes they attend will contain only the students from Danganronpa 3
After the prologue everyone wakes up in a hospital and they stay there for 2 days before being put into the actual school. Shuichi can remember how everyone died except for Kokichi, he must figure out this mystery. He also notices a big change in Kokichi. Will he be able to figure out what happened?
Also for some of you confused, the reason he doesn't remember how Kokichi died is because of when Junko took their memories in the beginning of the killing game and when She tried to give everyone all their memories back there was an error and now no one remembers how he died.
