Marley started her day by talking to Jack on the phone. It had become a new tradition of theirs, they woke up roughly at the same time so when they were still lying in bed they would talk about anything and everything.
'It would be nice doing a face reveal but then there's now the pressure of looking pretty and all' she twirled her hair around her finger, trying to see if it would naturally curl around it, which didn't happen.
'Well, if you look like a toad more people will start liking me' Jack had done this sort of joke with her that many time, but it still made them start laughing. It was the sort of laughter where something is so painfully bad that you have to laugh about it.
'Shut up you ass, I might show Niki and you guys first, you'll be honest if I look stupid' Marley looked at herself in the mirror. She didn't think she wasn't pretty, she just liked the mystery that surrounded her face.
'What is even going on between you and Niki?' Jack was genuinely confused. He was close to them both, and could definitely sense something going on between the pair. Whether it would be Niki's smiles growing at the mention of Marley or how Marley would be immersed in one conversation but the mention of Niki would make her change immediately, he could sense something.
'We're friends? Nothing more, nothing less' Marley stated in a tone which made it seem to be the most obvious thing out there.
'Now that's what you believe, everyone else? Not so much' Jack was scared for how Marley was about to respond, it could either go incredibly or she would be in a bad mood the rest of the day. She never knew why but she hated if anyone mentioned anything about her being in any form of relationship.
'You bitch' the girl laughed out, Jack's nerves calming down, genuinely paranoid for a few seconds.
