A New Life

chapter 1

Win, a high school teacher works with dedication and sincerity. But in turn all he gets is weird jokes about him from those crazy assholes. Win has a best friend Mix who loves reading books like him. He is the only reason he keeps going.

Today both of them decided to go to mall because a new billionaire romance novel came out and Mixx is crazy about them. He dragged Win on his day off to go get them . Mixx wants to have a beautiful romantic relationship like billionaire romance novels. It's funny that he wants to be the lead. 

Win isn't billionaire romance guy. He just wants someone to love him. Both entered the bookstore and the posters of the new book were all over the place. Mixx went and bought two copies for both of them. Win started checking other books when Mixx came back with two books.  He gave one to him. Win took the book . Even though he wasn't interested but Mixx convinced him to read with him. Just once.
"you know I don't wanna read it " said win.
"but please give it a shot. "said Mixx
Win frowned and said.
" they are all cliche stories. Rich guy is rude handsome stupid falls for a poor guy and tortures him but still both of them falls in love in the end. This book is also same thing it's so stupid. "
"Huuuh don't say that in front of my book" replied Mixx dramatically.

Both of them left the store. Mixx took him out for shopping. He is a Richie rich,,,, rich.  You get what that means.
He is spoiled. After a long day of win following him everywhere. He came out to eat while Mixx went to buy some watches. He went to a restaurant when he saw an old man trying to read the menu but is unable to read it because of his poor vision. All of the waiter were busy so no one helped him. He went to that old man and asked if he can help him. The old man smiled and asked him to order something healthy for him. He sat with that man and chatted for a while. He told win that he wanted to meet his grandson but the asshole didn't show up and he forgot his glasses at home. Win payed for both of them and helped him in getting a taxi and even payed for it. Before leaving the old man took off a jade pendent which hung around his neck and gave it Win and told him.
"This will help you achieve everything you want. May God bless your pure heart. "

Finally win came back home. He sat down on his couch, took out his take outs and started eating while blankly staring at into the space. Finally after relaxing for a while he decided to mark some papers. No one in his class takes him seriously. He is an English teacher at a high school and students rarely study his subjects. Everyone is busy with tough subjects. Many even skip his class because they are never punished kids. He sometimes wants to quit but he stays there for just one kids who has no friends and sits at the back of the class. They both read books just with comfortable silence. He can't force 100 to be nice but he stays for one and that matters. He isn't partial or anything he just stay there to make sure that the kid never feels that he is lonely. That makes him a true teacher.

He prepared himself for bed. He took out the book from his bag and started reading. Even though it was same cliche. But started to love the story because of the character development. He kept reading the story and it's 12 at night. He finally closed the book but his mind is still in the novel where finally the main lead realized his mistake and he wants to treat the female lead like his queen.
Slowly he fell asleep.

Win woke up when he heard a very annoying noise of an alarm clock. He tried to shut it down. He woke up with a jolt when he realized that he doesn't own any alarm.
He looked around it wasn't his room. He didn't knew where he was. He panicked and got out of the bed and started looking for his phone . He left the room without caring much about his appearance. He left the room and saw a woman cooking in kitchen. He wanted to sneak out without being noticed. He saw another women sitting on the dinning table . The women looked familiar.  she turned and win's eyes went wide in shock.
Mom he mumbled.
