A New Life

Win did some research on Bright and found that he was the richest man in the country. He was called God of wealth by people. He himself was the law and order of the place.  Win decided never to mess up with him for his own good.

When bright came back home Win immediate went to him to ask about his jade pendent that the old man gifted him.  Bright knew many professional jewelry makers in the country so he wanted to know about it from them. He wanted to return this pendent because it looks costly and some research he found out traditional jade pendents are rare and collectable items.

Bright went back directly to their room. He went to take a shower when win took out some clothes for him. Bright came out with naked torso and a towel wrapped around his waist. Win handed him his clothes while blushing furiously. Once bright was done with his routine win immediately went to him

" bright wait here I wanna show you something. "
He went to his closet and brought a wooden box and took out the pendent.
"what's this?? "he asked win.
"It's a jade pendent . One old guy gave me this at mall. He was waiting for his asshole grandson who never appeared so I helped him with menu and treated him a lunch and he gave me this as a gift. Now I think he didn't realize he gave me such a costly gift. So I want to return it. I can't keep it. It's not mine .Can you please help me find its owner?? And what kind of jade is this if the first one is not possible.
He looked hopefully at bright who nodded and took the pendent and kept it in his pocket. Win left and when bright took out his phone and made a phone call.

Win helped everyone with dinner and made some schedules for school. He turned on TV and watched it with his mother in law who suddenly gained interest in the movie he was watching. His father in law joined too. Everyone in the house smiled seeing them enjoying the movie. When bright came out Win shifted a bit and made some seat for him.

Suddenly they heard a doorbell rang Bright went to open the door when he saw a old man standing on the doorway. He was shocked when he realized he was the man who gave him the pendent. He thought maybe he bright found him so he can return the pendent . He was amazed how quick Bright was....

"Dad what are you doing here? " asked his mother in law.
"Now I can't come to see my family?? " he  replied with a stern face
"you know that's not what I meant! " replied his mother in law.
"I know ,I am just messing up with you" he said grinning. .
"Anyways my grandson called me so I came here." he said.
Bright went back to their room and brought the pendent
"Here I think this is yours" bright handed him that pendent.

"Where did you find it? I thought it was lost or stolen!!
Win had it. He said you gave him and wanted to return it to you.
But I have never met you in my life. I am sure he stole it.
Are you saying my husband is a thief??
I never said that you did

Everyone in the house felt a cold aura around him. The old man is just trying to get on his nerves whereas Win was in verge of crying he totally forgot this isn't his world. Things are different here. The old man doesn't remember him. After a little silence Bright spoke with his cold voice.

Say your price? I will buy it from you that way my husband owns that stupid necklace.
It's priceless. And he can't have my possession ever.

Bright had it. He glared at him. Before he could throw him out of his house his mom called them for dinner. The tension in table was very high. Win didn't eat much because he was scared , bright kept glaring at his grandpa. After dinner he left with his pendent.
Bright went back to his room first. Win stayed out with cleaning dishes. His mother in law told him she trust him and that helped him a lot.

Win entered the room and smelled cigarette smoke. He was disappointed. He told Bright not to smoke and still he was smoking then he realized it was his fault. He immediately went out and took the cigarette and extinguished it and threw it away. He started looking out of the balcony without saying anything. Bright stood there silently. After a while win spoke

"Bright do you trust me? I didn't steal it. "
"Hmm I trust you"
