Men in white suits are surrounding the mansion. Was this lee felix attacking hyunjin right now? I mean what else could he have possibly gone here?

I stood behind hyunjin when we reached felix and his men. Hyunjin's men were also there. I can definitely feel the rising tension in the air but what bothered me the most was that felix was only looking at me

"What do you want?" Hyunjin asked and felix signaled one of his men to hand him something. It was a piece of paper

He handed it over to hyunjin, on the other hand, hyunjin only looked at it with no interest "Take your time on reading this" eventually, hyunjin slowly reached his hands and grabbed the paper

My eyebrows furrowed when I saw how hyunjin's expression changed. What was on that paper that could have him make that expression?

"Your said to be son isn't actually yours, but mine." My eyes slowly widened when I realized that the piece of paper was a dna test result paper but I couldn't understand what he said

Sam's not hyunjin's child but his? What is going on!?

Yanai was beside us so he heard everything and butted in "that cannot be, mr. lee. As you can see, sam definitely looks like hyunjin-"

"I know but that doesn't prove that it's his son. Plus, while doing the dna test I made sure no one fabricated it." He glanced at me "I know her, we've met at a bar and slept together"

What?

I tried to remember if I slept with any other guys other than hyunjin. I glanced at hyunjin who was still staring at the piece of paper but now with no emotions written on his face

"You know the rules between mafias hyunjin. It's my son and I'm also needing an heir" felix says

"Wait..no i'm sure sam is hyunj-"

"Pack her things and also the kid's things" hyunjin cutted you off, he commanded the maids which immediately did what he told him to. My mouth was slightly opened while looking at him

"Hyunjin-"

"Not a word." he says his cold voice felt like it was piercing needles in my heart

He didn't even hear my side of the story. He didn't hear me out. I felt sam clasped onto the hem of my shirt which made me look down at him

His eyes were starting to tear up. Even if he was still a child he can definitely read the mood

"Mommy? Why is daddy leaving us?" His voice breaking when he asked that. I wiped his tears by using my palm and smiled at him

"It's okay." That was all I could tell him, as pathetic as it was I couldn't even bring myself to comfort him and say everything will be alright

Because I know everything isn't alright

Hyunjin's Pov
I sat at the couch and stared at the ceiling. This was frustrating me so much that I couldn't even think of a next move

I felt yanai's presence in the doorway, "Young master, I know you know that sam is your son. Why didn't you fight for them?" He asks which made me furrowed my eyebrows

"I don't have enough evidence to prove that sam is my son and I couldn't do anything because if I did, it would lead us to court and that's just making everything worse." I was angry, yes I am angry

I couldn't do anything because even if we're mafias we're not like those mafia's who kill and make a scene for nothing, there are people monitoring us and making rules for us mafias

They're in a higher position than us and one of their rules is; if there's a child of a mafia, created by a mistake or not, the mafia should and must take responsibility

While one of the rules also says; if there is a child of a mafia but another mafia has proven that it's their child, the mafia who has taken care of the child shall return the child to its real parents

And that is our situation right now. I knew someone fabricated the dna test and I'm going to get to the bottom of it

Just wait sam and y/n, I'll get the both of you back.
