In darkness I shed light,
In light, tears of joy I cry.
I am afraid of what we have,
for fear its essence may halve.
I welcome what is now absent,
for thought it may bring balance.
I am not one, I am not all,
I do not resent, I do not call.
For I am at times nothing,
and when needed something.
I am the thought of love,
standing through existence,
In your hearts I look above,
slowly closing the distance.
