Among the Stars

For a millennium we have gazed upon them,

ignorant and defiant to the light of sin.

There were those that would define the illumination,

theories accepted and renown with creation.

Yet one day a small soul saw through the curtains,

and with a willpower so luminescent and certain,

showed the world the life of billions peacefully in a current.
