Ethereal Soul

As I glide by this world, as I watch the mistakes of man, I fear the unknown.

I fear it, hence I seek it. I've seen the screamers, forever trapped in their sorrow. I've seen the sinners, forever concealed in their rage. Yet in all this plane, never once have I come across you again.

I am cursed, hurt, and hidden,

Yet I desire a love forbidden.

This is my final sunset.

My final chance.

Although separated by different planes, ethereal in essence, I will continue to search, I will undergo this pain, this solitude, these echoes of darkness.

To see the graceful wind of her hair, gliding through the sky.

To see those azure eyes, innocent and pure.

To see her before the hands of time forsake me.

Reach out.

I see you through the burdens of time, space, and life.

You see me when I am gone.

Are you lonely without me?

Will you ever be whole?

I am so close, yet forever damned,
