The Whispers Came

We had a love like no other,

toned by the breeze of summer,

taught, were the strings of our hearts.

But then the thunder, oh the thunder.

The whispers came, the thundering whispers.

We had a love like no other,

painted by the warmth of summer,

nothing could stop our love, we swore.

But then the thunder, the horrible thunder.

The whispers came, for a love like no other.

The summer turned to winter,

the whispers grew stronger,

They were creatures! creatures!,

asking for a love like no other,

I reminded them of the warmth, the breeze,

But they brought it,

the screeching thunder,

whispers turned to squeals,

asking for a love like no other.

I tried, I tried.

know that I loved you,

you, my love like no other,

but the whispers commanded!

they commanded!

they wanted you to blossom,

a beautiful red under their love,

a love like no other.

Under the icy winter breath,

I felt the warmth once again,

as your blood ran red,

and the breeze painted the scene,

with the cold frost of the dead.

The whispers finally stopped!

 my love! my love!

we can be together again!

wake up, wake up,

the whispers stopped,

the thunder is gone,

we can be together again.

wake up, wake up,

the whispers stopped,

the thunder is gone,

we can be together again.

wake up, wake up,

the whispers stopped,

the thunder is gone,

we can be together again.

wake up, wake up,

the whispers stopped,

the thunder is gone,

we can be together again
