There's no replay button in life so I just suck it up. It's either we continue this kind of relationship, or we part ways. Imposibleng maibalik pa namin ang pagkakaibigan namin matapos ng lahat ng nangyari.

"We are out of it! And for the nth time, Stan. Stop calling me babe!" Sigaw ko pabalik.

"Why? Would you prefer baby instead-"

Nilayasan ko na siya bago pa niya matapos ang sinasabi niya. Soundproofed ang CR pero dahil nakasiwang ng bahagya ang pintuan, rinig na rinig ko siya. Iniwan niyang nakabukas in case daw gusto kong pumasok at sabayan siya. As if!

Lumabas ako ng kwarto at dumeretso sa living room para dito na lang gumawa ng requirements ko. I was using his study but he was distracting me. I need to finish all of this to graduate. I've done my five hundred hours of internship in Constantine's hotel, and this is all that's left to do. It was quick and stressful, but fulfilling.

Umupo ako sa carpeted floor at nilapag sa coffee table ang internship module na ginagawa ko. Our internship professor was cruel. She gave us this module which contains case studies and weekly journal about our internship. Mabuti na lang at ugali kong magnotes tungkol sa mga nangyari sa internship ko! Sadly to some of my classmates, they didn't. Kaya todo todo ang hiling nilang sana hindi isa isang basahin ng professor namin ang mga gawa namin.

"We should go to the grocery. Some of our stocks were out."

"Mamaya na. I'll just finish my journal."

Narinig ko ang papalapit na yabag niya. Hindi ko siya nilingon kaya nagulat ako ng maramdaman ko ang dibdib niya sa likod ko. His face went on my neck and his arms encircled my waist. He smells sweet, the scent of both shea butter and coconut.

The scent of my body wash to be specific.

"Why did you use my body wash? Yours was much better and expensive. It's Molton Brown. Mine is just a local brand."

"I like it. I smell like you."

"That's so childish."

Bumangon siya mula sa pagkakasubsob sa leeg ko at sinilip ako. I just side eyed him tapos bumalik na ako sa ginagawa ko. He groaned in protest.

"I'm not childish. I'm sweet! Para patas tayo, gamitin mo din ang body wash ko."

Tinignan ko siya at nginisihan. "Ayoko nga. Hindi naman ako katulad mo."

Tumawa ako ng ngumuso siya na parang batang pinagkaitan ng kendi. Bumalik ako sa pagsusulat. Hindi ko na lang siya pinansin kahit pa ang bigat niya sa balikat ko. I bet he's watching me write my journal.

"Hindi mo ba ako ilalagay diyan?" Maya maya saad niya.

"Bakit kita ilalagay dito? You were not my supervisor."

"But I was your boss. You should put me on the acknowledgment part."

Tumigil ako sa pagsusulat at pinaklit ang mga pahina hanggang sa mapunta ako sa unahan kung nasaan ang acknowledgement part. Tinuro ko ang parte doon kung nasaan ang pangalan niya.

"Tapos na po, Señorito." Sarkasitikong sabi ko.

He let out a satisfied moan, then I felt his lips on my cheek. "Good."
