*Couple days later, Agreste mansion, Gabe's pov*
It's been almost a week since Nathalie disappeared, and everything's going wrong.
"Father?"
Adrien asked as he enter my office
"Yes Adrien?"
"Is something wrong?"
"I'm fine Adrien, what makes you ask?"
"it's just that, well, you seem kind of off as of late, and your newer design seem to be missing something."
"I'm just tired, Adrien."
"Are you sure it's not something else?"
"What do you mean?"
"I think you miss Nathalie."
"I do miss her, yes, but I'm fine, just tired."
"If you say so father."
"Was there anything else you needed?"
"Nino invited me over for a sleepover and I was-"
"You can go if you want Adrien."
"Wait really?"
"Yes Adrien."
"Thank you father, your the best!"
I'm nowhere near the best Adrien. I think to myself
"It's nothing, now please leave me before I change my mind."
"Of course father, see you tomorrow!"
And with that he leaves.
A sigh escapes me, he's right about one thing at least, I really do miss Nathalie, almost as much as I missed Emilie when she want into her coma, maybe even more.
