Y/n walked back to the inn by herself as she enjoyed her alone time. She sighed as she sat on a bench and looked up at the sky, it was barely the afternoon and the games had already finished. She couldn't get Sting out of her mind ever since she ran into him earlier. She looked down at her hands and frowned.
"Sting... Why does everything that you say affect me so much...? Why can't I move on from you..?"
Y/n thought to herself as she put her head in her hands and let out a long sigh. She felt like crying but she wasn't going to let the best get to her. She wanted to be strong for everyone and for herself as well, it's always been like this since everyone disappeared along with Sting. She always used to bottle up her emotions and always stayed strong. Y/n sighed as she stood up again and finally walked all the way back to the inn.
"I can't be like this all day. I have to keep pushing forward..!"
Y/n told herself as she opened up the doors of the inn and faked a smile to everyone. Natsu ran over to y/n and bonked her on the head.
"You..!! Why'd you start stripping! You're turning into ice freak over here!!"
Natsu scolded y/n as she pouted and rubbed her head in pain. Y/n glared at Natsu and punched him across the face causing him to fly across the guild, Gray started to laugh hysterically as he watched Natsu fly.
"I could strip if I want..!! Besides I needed to show my marks you idiot!"
Y/n yelled at Natsu as she walked to the bar a bit irritated. Y/n sighed as she shook her head.
"That idiot deserved it."
Y/n told herself as she ordered a drink and sat down on a stool. Gray walked up to y/n and sat down on the stool that was next to her, he smiled as he patted y/n's head softly.
"You did good today. I found it amazing on what you did."
Gray complimented y/n making her blush a bit a look away. Gray chuckled as he grabbed y/n's hand and started to walk out the guild, y/n looked at Gray curiously as she grabbed her drink before walking out with him.
"Where are you taking me?"
Y/n asked as she took a sip of her drink. Gray looked back at y/n and gave her a smirk.
"We had a date didn't we?"
Y/n's eyes widened as she blushed a bit, she completely forgot about it... all that was in her mind was Sting. Y/n couldn't help but feel guilty as she looked at Gray, she felt like she was leading him on. Y/n looked at Gray as she frowned a bit, her cheeks started to get rosy from the alcohol she was drinking.
